*Y/n's POV*
My alarm went off. I got up and stretched and walked over to Nattie's room.
"Mom? You still here?" I asked while knocking.
Nattie opened the and smiled at me. She was fully dressed and by the looks of it, she was heading out.
"Hey baby! I didn't hear you come in. Did you forget something?" She smiled as she put an earring on.
"No, I have everything. I spent the night here. It was too late to go back to Carter's, so I just came home. Cam stayed at Carter's, I'm here alone." I informed.
"Well go get ready babe, I'll make you something to eat. Hurry. Neither one of us can afford to be late." She giggled.
I smiled and headed back to my room. I took a quick shower and then got dressed. I decided to go with a casual outfit. A loose cream floral crop top, with a light grey sweater, faded blue skinny jeans and my white vans. I grabbed my phone and put my charger in my bag. I texted Cam and told him to take my books and bag to school for me. Then I went through my texts as I headed downstairs.

Got it. Where are you doe?
Me 📲
I'm at home w mom. I'll meet you at school.

We're going to sign up today. Gray said he wanted to give this whole public school thing a try.
