"They can feel me" Riley had said, instantly making the three surrounded by her go into a panic.
"What does she mean they can feel her?!" Paul snapped at Athena, as she pushed her bag around trying to find herbs to help undo the stupid spell. "Athena, get her out of there!"
"I'm going to have to do it without the herbs!" Athena yelled back, "hold her down!" She took charge over it all, the guys holding Riley's trashing figure down as she stuck her hands to Riley's head.
She chanted the words she could remember, practically yelling them as she wanted her cousin out of there as soon as possible. "It's okay Riley" Jake promised the girl who was whimpering in her her place, he glanced at Paul's sad face as Athena was gasping out the Latin words.
Riley shot up with a gasp, instantly gasping as someone wrapped their arms around her and she reacted almost immediately. "Oh my God, Bella"
"We heard everything you thought and spoke" Athena whispered, her voice seemingly strained as her eyes were red from tears. "I had to get you out of there when you said that they could feel you"
Riley blinked, removing her arms slowly from Paul, who seemed to be the first person she subconsciously grabbed when she had woken up from that nightmare.
"It was horrible" Riley admitted, her voice breaking halfway through, the others instantly paid attention to her. "They were going to kill all of them"
"I removed the link" Athena spoke softly, taking a seat next to Riley, before brushing some of the girls hair that seemed to be stuck to her face with sweat. "You should get some rest, Bella should be home in a few hours."
"I-I can't, can you stay with me?" Riley asked Athena, who nodded softly, and then Riley looked over to see Jake watching in the corner, and she held her hand out for him to grab. "You too, we can have a sleepover"
Jake nodded, reaching forward and grabbing her hand, only for her to tug him onto the bed and hug him. "I'm glad you're not connected anymore, Riles"
"Me too" Riley admitted, rubbing his back slowly, before she glanced at Paul. "Would you like to stay too?"
"I better go catch up with Sam, tell him the Cullen's are heading back" Paul said, his arms crossed as he seemed to be quite rude, but Riley gave him one of the softest smiles he's ever seen anyway, Athena glanced between the pair with an unknown look.

"What do you mean I can't kill him? He left Bella!" Athena argues with her cousin on the phone, her body fully healed from everything that has happened a few days prior. "He's the reason she tried to kill herself, threw herself into danger and that she was screaming at the top of her lungs. He's the reason the red head is after her!"
"But she loves him" was Riley's response on the other end of the phone, making Athena sigh as she placed her book away on her shelves, she had been creating ideas on what to do for her own witchy journal that she planned to do. "And it's a kind of love where they were willing to die if they didn't have the other"
"Okay, valid point" Athena let out with a sigh, "but I can still warn him, right? If Charlie hasn't handed his ass to him already?" Riley let out a laugh on the other end.
"I don't think Edward had ever been so scared before, and he's a vampire!"
