"Well, you're the person who's opinion matters to me, as well as Riley—and you know about the supernatural world and you haven't always been a big fan of mine, but I want to know if I have your permission to marry Bella?" Edweirdo asks Athena, who stood in front of him with her arms crossed cruelly as Emmett was stood by the side of her, still in the dog house from breaking the bed and then trying to get break the new one.

"If I say no, you're going to ask anyway" Athena replies with a strict face on her, and Edward lets out a reluctant nod. "It doesn't matter what I say, Bella is happy with you and it's really up to her if she wants to marry your disco ball ass, so, I'm not giving you an answer because it's not the question for me"

Edward gives back an understanding nod before he decides to leave the room, making Athena somewhat relax as she spins around to face Emmett with a raised eyebrow.

"What?"

"Just one kiss, please?!" He begs in response, his tough guy act dropping as nobody else was around, making Athena send him a teasing expression as she grabs his hand gently to pull him towards him and starts to lean forward, pressing a lingering kiss on his cheek before she pulls back with a grin that she tries to hide through biting her lip. Emmett's eyes darken slightly from the teasing as he smiles back slightly. "I mean a real kiss"

Athena smirks, "that was a real kiss, see? You got the lipstick stain on your cheek and everything" she points at the slight nude pink lip mark on his pale cheek, making him send her a defeated look. "No, you're not getting a kiss"

"Just one?" Emmett tried again, making Athena roll her eyes as she stomped slightly and glanced around shortly before she met his eyes once again, letting it a short huff of defeat, making him smile happily.

"Fine" Athena sighs softly, before she leaps forward onto the tip of her toes and grips his shirt tightly, dragging him down to meet her lips in a soft and gentle connection, he returns it easily and even begins to brush her hair lightly as he knows she secretly likes it.

Athena pulls away from the short and soft kiss and licks her lips lightly before giving him a genuine smile back to the one that was already plastered onto his face. "Can I please come back to the bed tonight? I really miss holding you"

Athena thought about it for a moment and inwardly cursed the bond from the slight strain that was in place currently, "okay, you can come to bed" she agreed, making him let out a loud cheer as he clapped his hands together in excitement. "But no funny business"

Emmett shook his head shortly, "I just want to be with you" he admits and Athena heart squeezes itself lightly, making her lean forward and press another short kiss to his lips, he greets it happily as he hold her in place by her hips.

Athena pulls back again and smiles up at him as she wraps her hands around his neck, "how about we go watch a movie in our room?"

Emmett immediately nodded, and picked her up into his arms, her legs instinctively going around his waist as she allows him to carry her throughout the house. "What do you want to watch?" He asks her as they approach the stairs.

"I was thinking Pirates of the Caribbean"
