Chapter 13

Jeff's POV

It was quite awkward from the start

No one talked and it got awkward really fast

"Why don't we play truth or dare?" Amber asked

I was a bit happy that she spoke up. Actually I was glad that somebody spoke up.

I don't like the feeling of awkwardness. It has a stuffy feeling and like as if every move you make, makes a sound which attracts attention and I don't really like attention much.....

"I'm in." I said

"Yeah. I'm cool with it." Ryan said

Everyone else just nodded their heads in agreement.

"Ok so I'll start." Amber said

"Jeff! Truth or dare?" She asked

"Umm truth." I said

"Ok have you ever kissed a girl?" She asked

I saw Ryan and Charles exchange looks

You see I just transferred to Bay Bridge High School 2 years ago and I used to play basketball in my old school and was the team captain, one of the popular people, and actually could get any girl I wanted. We'd also compete with one another on basketball matches and that's how I met Charles.

We sort of started bonding over time and eventually became close friends

When I told him that I'd be transferring to Bay Bridge he was ecstatic and told me that he'd show me around and help me with stuff.

He introduced me to Ryan on my first day and we instantly became great friends

I tired out for the basketball team in Bay Bridge in my first year and got in and so did Charles.

I mean Charles was the team captain and all so of course he'd stay in the team.

Well with me playing on basketball matches, a lot of people know me already. When I transferred and joined the basketball team that sort of boosted up my popularity.

I was a bit used to having girls around me so I always got the girl that I wanted which makes me look like a playboy.

"Um yes." I said

"Ok... Your turn." Amber said

"Hmm Jade. Truth or dare?" I said

"Ooo!!! Hmmmm..... Truth!!" She said

I giggled

"What is the most embarrassing thing you have ever done?" I asked

"It may sound boring to you though. Ok here goes. One time there was this guy and he liked me and actually everyone knew already and so did I but you know he never actually told me in person, he just started telling people and rumor spread. Then one day I was called by the teacher and well lucky me he was also called and we were playing this game and it was boys vs girls. She asked us the question and made us whisper to her the answer and people were starting to tease us while we were up there. Then the teacher started to join in and well after that I was pretty much embarrassed and so was the guy." She said blushing a bit

"Hahaha you guys have awesome teachers!" Charles shouted

"Haha yeah.... She was one of the cool type kind of teachers." She said

"Hahaha I remember that!" Debby said

"Oh my gosh!! Was that with Andrew?!" Amber exclaimed

"Hahaha no way! It was Marc!!!" Jade said a bit more embarrassed
