You held onto the metal bars aligning the large rink, breathing steadily as you tried to balance on the complimentary skates. Denki and Mina were purposely drawing childish images into the ice, high-fiving each other as they passed.

Kirishima knelt down and tied the dirty ribbons on your skates, straightening your legs that kept bending without any will. "Hold steady for a second." he said, before making sure everything was ready to go.

"There, have you got it?" he glided back and held out his hand. Instinctively, you clutched on, awkwardly chuckling as you wobbled and peeked around. "You're doing great, (Y/N)!" Vitamin cheered you on.

It was easy to grip onto his thick mittens, and his big hands were somewhat comforting to hold. Kirishima flashed his pearly teeth, laughing and helping you glide along the slippery ice. "Like this?" you asked.

There was a swarm of hands around your waist, before your fingers that had been entwined with Kirishima's suddenly tore away. Bakugo ripped you from him, clutching you close to his chest and breathing over your shoulder.

"I can handle it from here." he said with an agitated tone, probably glaring right into Kirishima's innocent eyes. Kirishima backed away and nodded, but before he hurried away towards the other two, he said,

"Are you sure, man? Looks like you're being pretty rough with them." he bit down on his lower lip, grazing it with the sharp canines of his teeth. Your eyes were peeled open in shock, as you tried to realize the situation.

"They're fine. Just screw off, weird hair." Bakugo argued, nearly making a scene. Kirishima chuckled and waved back at you, before heading away and including himself in the separated part of our group.

"Are you jealous?" you laughed, looking backwards and brushing a few strands of hair behind your ear. Bakugo instantly scoffed and looked away, trying not to peek and get caught in your death stare.

"I'm not. Why would you think something so stupid?" Bakugo was obviously lying, which you found adorable. His large hands were gripping your skin, underneath all of the thick layers of sweaters and jackets.

"Whatever you say!" from the corner of your eye, Mina was staring at you. Her arms were down, and one of her hands were gestured into a thumbs-up. You nodded your head, causing her to smile and continue.

"Do you know how to skate?" Bakugo asked, twirling you around. You lost your balance and nearly fell, but he managed to catch you just in time. "Damn, that's pretty lame!" he teased you, knowing it stung.

The rink was empty today, and all of the usual crowds were nowhere to be seen. It was just your group, and a few tourists and locals. This weekend wasn't going to be filled with the usual tutoring session.

You laughed and covered your mouth, pulling away from him and kneeling down against the ice. "Hang on a minute!" you said, checking the well-done knots that Kirishima had tied in your white laces.

"Quit wasting so much time! Kirishima is good at that kind of thing, so there's no need to worry." Bakugo scolded, but you were still making sure that everything was set and ready. Even the lint on your sleeves needed to go.

"Oi, (Y/N)!" you jerked your head away and stopped aimlessly moving your hands. "Do you want my help, or not?!" ironically, you were frozen. Lost in the middle of the rink with no safe footing, or a place to go.

Unconsciously reaching for the surface of the ice, you glided a fingertip over the choppy slices made from skates. Anything to take your mind off the worry, and the hesitant feeling inside of your heart.

You couldn't hear anyone calling, just the repetitive sound of constant thumping. "Why is my heart beating so fast?" you reached up to your head and smashed your palms against the cold lobes of your ears.

The white ice that was underneath your feet turned black, covered with a shadowy haze. One by one, every person in the room disappeared. They faded away, abandoning you until you were left alone.

There was frostbite crawling up your cheeks, extending out like branches in the spring. All of the sound was deafened, and now only the frigid ice cupped your face. "Stop hesitating, dammit.." it was Bakugo's voice.

You heard a gulping sound, before the traces of frostbite turned into fingerprints. Everyone that had abandoned you began to reappear, and the loud sound of clacking skates repeated in the background.

Bakugo wiped your forehead with the thumb of his mitten, tracing that finger down your cheeks and to your lips. He closed his eyelids and leaned forward, until the corners of your mouths connected and your noses rubbed.

He bit down softly, nibbling on your lips as he brought you back to reality. There was a refreshing taste of fresh mint, and a light chuckle that you had exchanged. Your knees trembled from the impact, making you slip.

"Oh!" you giggled, wiping off the dirt from your pants. Bakugo laughed too, and purposely sat on the ice with you. You didn't care about anyone else, and their irrelevant opinions. All you could see was him.

"C'mere." Bakugo said, making you scoot a bit closer. You flinched slightly as he reached his curious hand past your ear, running his fingers through your tangled hair and undoing the forgotten knots.

You kept your hands in your lap, digging your nails into your thighs to ease the excitement. "..Please kiss me again." you mumbled, the embarrassment heating up your head and creating a short fever.

He took your right hand, lining up the beads on your matching bracelets. "We've gotta go." he said after looking around the room. You sighed and nodded your head, knowing it would be for the best.

Bakugo stood up with ease, but you had trouble stabilizing. He held out his hand, waiting for you to reach for him. The blinding ceiling lights made it hard, yet you still looked up. "I'll teach you how to skate."

"Do you trust me?"
