Yu Yan Pov

We finally arrived at our apartment.I tried to wake up Xu Jiaqi but immediately gave up since the kid is too tired to wake up so I carry her in bridal style as her head on my chest and her right hand at my back.

"I guess she's not waking up."Mohan said.

"Yeah.But it's ok she's not that heavy like I thought she would."I said as we got out of Dai Meng's car.

"Hehe I guess you can still carry her like you used to Yan."Dai Meng said to me.

"Yeah I guess I can."I said as we started walking to out apartment.

After a few steps,we finally arrived at the door.Dai Meng open the door.

"We're here."She said in a whisper since Xu Jiaqi is sleeping.

"Why are you whispering."Xue'er asked.

"Well let's give Xu Jiaqi a break since you guys disturb her sleep earlier."Dai Meng said.

"It was not us.It was the girl whose carrying the kid that she have waken up earlier."Keyin said as she facing me.

I ignored and walk to my room to let Xu Jiaqi sleep.

"Jiejie don't leave me."She said as I tried to put her in my bed.

"Xiao Qi sleep here ok.Jiejie have something to talk with the others."I said but Xu Jiaqi refused to let me go.

"Jiejie can I go with you I'm scare."She said as she hug me tighter.

"Xiao Qi.What are scare of??"I asked her.

"Zhuo Jiejie.I'm scare that she would shoot me again if I'm alone."She said.I let out a sigh as I think that Xu Jiaqi would now have a trauma about Zhuo.

"Ok let's go now."I said as she stand up from me and walk with me outside.

We got out of my room and goes to the living room where's the others were.Keyin and Keran immediately saw us coming.

"Xiao Huli you're awake now."Keyin said as she look at the tired Xu Jiaqi walking while holding onto my hand.

"Xiao Huli.Did Yu Yan Jiejie disturb your sleep again?"Keran ask.Xu Jiaqi shake her head.

"Then what's wrong?"Shuxin ask the kid.

"She scare that Zhuo might shoot her again if she is alone."I answer it for her as we sit and I pulled her slowly to sit on my lap.

"It's ok.You safe now with us.We promise that we'll kill her if she came here to do anything to you."Anqi said to the kid.

"Jiejie if you kill someone you might end up in jail."Xu Jiaqi said as she laid her head on my shoulder.

"Haih...Xiao Huli.How can you think about this after she tried to kill you."Xiaotang said.

"Even if I got kill and you tried to evangen me that means you are the same as her.Killing people won't do any good at the end the cops still put you in jail for killing someone."Xu Jiaqi said to us as she yawn on my shoulder after saying that.

"Why do we even argue with a kid who literally as smart as robot."Yuxin said.

"Yeah let's get back to the plan. "Dai Meng said and we just nodded at her.

"So here's the plan."I said to them.

"So Zhuo will be coming here in three months.I have ask people to put a camera everywhere.I also have hired a spy to spy on Zhuo and everything."I said to them.

"Now all we need to do is always wears mask so her team doesn't recognize us and also we'll have someone guarding us from the far.Ok?"I asked them.

"Yan went did you plan this??"Keni ask.

"Like always at the hospital while Xiao Qi is changing."I said to her.

"Huh??Why didn't I realized that you were talking about something that's not about work?"Dai Meng ask me.

"Well if you maybe pay more attention than maybe you will actually hear me plan about it."I said to her.

"I literally told you that I was talking with some spies and stuff.But there you are playing with your phone while I talk to you."I said again.

"I-I uh!!Why can't I ever fight with you."Dai Meng groaned making the others and I laugh at her while Mohan tried calming her fiancé.

"Meng.You know that you can fight with Yan.She literally can fight even more worst than this."Lingzi said making me nodded my head making the others laugh as well.

We talk for awhile and Xu Jiaqi fell asleep on my chest when we were talk to each other.

"Yan.I finally happy that you finally told Xu Jiaqi that you're back."Keyin said as she look at the kid who is sleeping in my arms.

"Yeah me too."I said as I patted the kid head.

Suddenly my phone started ringing I look at it and it was Zhuo.

"Guys i-it's Zhuo."I said as my hand started shaking.

"Pick it up Yan.What if she told us something."Dai Meng said I nodded and press the green button and put it on speaker mode for the others to hear.

"Oh you finally pick up."Zhuo said.

"What do you want Zhuo?"I said to her in annoy tone.

"Nothing just want to let you know that Xu Jiaqi won't be as safe as she is in your arm sleeping.I guess she is to tired after the shot."She said in the most annoying tone I ever have heard her speak.

"What do you mean Zhuo?!?"I said to her almost screaming.

"How do you know that Xu Jiaqi is sleeping in my arms."I said to her as I panicked and look everywhere.

"Hahaha don't worry Yan.You just have to wait and see.And also even how many times you tried to look at me.You won't find me.Oh and I forgot better look at the hospital staff cuz as I remember I as someone to put a poison in Xu Jiaqi.Maybe that's why she's sleeping.You better start working Yan you don't want to see your adorable little fox die do you.Bye Yan better look at Xu Jiaqi wound cuz it might be infected by the poison.Hahaha."Zhuo said and hung up the phone.

Everyone eyes started to widened when we heard her say that someone inject a poison in Xu Jiaqi.I quickly throw my phone on the table and tried to make Xu Jiaqi wake up.

"Xu Jiaqi!!Xu Jiaqi!!Wake up kid!!"I said but Xu Jiaqi didn't even move a bit.When I shake her head fall on me.

"Guys!!!Help me!!"I said as I looked at Xu Jiaqi still trying to wake her up.

Mohan came and look at Xu Jiaqi.

"Babe get the med kit in our car!!Right now!!"Mohan said as she also started to panic.Dai Meng quickly ran out of the apartment to get the med kit.

'Xu Jiaqi please don't die on me.I still have a promise that I promise you.Why Zhuo!!Why must you do this to someone I love!!To someone I care!!To someone who is still a kid and still learning about life!!I Hate you Zhuo!!I will always hate you until the day I died!!'
