Part 22: Prank Gone Wrong

"Are you sure this is a good idea, Iwaizumi-san?"

"I wanna see the look on his face, Tobio. Plus, we've joked around a lot these days so it's probably fine."

"Probably?" Kageyama looks at the boy filled with worry, "Are you REALLY sure this is a good idea."

"...Yeah, it's not. But, I wanna take this as revenge, because that dumbass embarrassed me in work before." Iwaizumi sighed and ran a hand on his head, scratching it furiosly.

"Oh...Well, I-I don't think...it's a good idea?..." Kageyama murmured and looked at his hands that were shaking slightly.

"Relax, Tobs. It's just a little prank-"

"A cheating prank? That's...a...lil too much, isn't it?"

"Alright, let's change it for your sake. How about..." Iwaizumi trails off, trying to come up with a more better prank.

"Fake hickie?"

"I guess that could work too...But, are you going to give me a hickie?-"

"Tobio, what the fuck. No. Make-up." Iwaizumi blushed madly and bonked Kageyama in the head.

"Okay, okay. Just checking. But, how did you know how to use make-up in the first place? Did someone teach you?"

"Er...Well, I have a...gi-..." Iwaizumi clears his throat, "Girlfriend."

"AND YOU DIDN'T TELL ME AND TOORU ABOUT IT? WHAT THE HECK, IWAIZUMI-SAN." Kageyama's eyebrows furrowed.

"I know, I know! But that's not our goal for today! I'll tell you about her next time!"

"Nuh uh!"

"Yes! Now sit back and let me do the whole thing." Iwaizumi pushed Kageyama in a chair that faced the desk' mirror.

Iwaizumi grabbed his bag and opened it, pulling out a make-up kit.

"Did you buy th-"

"Girlfriend likes make-up and practically forced me to bring it to you."

"So, she knows about the prank-"

"Yes. But she promised not to tell."

"Who is she?"

"Okay, now that's enough questions for today. You're trying to change the subject!"

"Fine,"

18 Minutes Later...

"Oh. It looks so real! Thank you Iwaizumi-san!" Kageyama looked at the fake hickie with sparkly eyes in the mirror.

"Don't thank me Tobio. Thank my girlfriend." Iwaizumi hid a small smile, thinking of his girlfriend basically smothering him with kisses when he gets home. She was a really clingy girl, but he didn't really mind.

"Now you're making me even more curios about her! Just tell me about your mysterious significant other, c'mon!~" Kageyama pouts, glancing at Iwaizumi in the mirror, who shrugged in return.

"No. No means no and that's final."

Kageyama sighs heavily and nods, "Fiiiine. Whatever you say."

"Alright, put that aside." Iwaizumi crossed his arms and smirked at the mirror, staring at Kageyama's figure, who was still touching and looking at the hickie.

"It's show-time."
