The Oikawa household was a whirl of colorful decorations and joyful laughter. Today was a special day, Kasumi's fifth birthday. The living room was adorned with vibrant balloons, streamers, and a big banner that read 'Happy 5th Birthday, Kasumi!'

Kasumi, in her bright, star-patterned birthday dress, twirled around, her eyes sparkling with excitement. Her parents, Oikawa and Kageyama, were bustling around, preparing for the big celebration.

"Papa Tru, Daddy Tob, is everyone going to be here soon?" Kasumi asked, her face flushed with excitement while she goes over to pet Milo.

Oikawa, busy arranging a table filled with colorful cupcakes and snacks, looked over with a smile. "Everyone will be here very soon, Kasumi. Your uncles and aunties are on their way, and we've also invited Riku from Hinata and Yachi's family."

Kageyama, who was setting up a large game area in the backyard, nodded. "And don't forget, we've got a special surprise planned for later."

Kasumi's eyes widened with anticipation. "A surprise? What is it?"

Oikawa winked. "You'll have to wait and see. But I promise it'll be worth the wait."

The doorbell rang, and Kasumi's face lit up. "They're here!" She ran to the door, opening it to find Hinata and Yachi with their son, Riku, who was holding a brightly wrapped gift.

"Happy Birthday, Kasumi!" Hinata exclaimed, lifting Riku up for him to give Kasumi a big hug.

"Thank you, Riku!" Kasumi replied, hugging him back. Yachi handed her the gift, her warm smile matching Hinata's.

"Happy Birthday, Kasumi!" Yachi said softly. "We hope you have a wonderful day."

Kasumi eagerly unwrapped the gift to reveal a beautiful set of art supplies, complete with crayons, markers, and coloring books. Her eyes sparkled with delight. "Thank you! I can't wait to draw and color with these!"

As more guests arrived who had become close family friends, the party truly began. Suga, Daichi, and Asahi, along with Kageyama's former teammates and friends from Oikawa's side, greeted Kasumi with warm hugs and gifts. The atmosphere was lively and filled with happiness.

"Kasumi!" Suga called out, handing her a gift. "I hope you like this. It's something I thought you'd enjoy."

Kasumi tore open the wrapping to find a set of fun, educational puzzles. "Thank you, Uncle Suga! I love puzzles!"

Daichi and Asahi presented her with a new stuffed animal, a cuddly lion. "This lion is for you to hug whenever you need a friend," Daichi said.

Kasumi hugged the lion tightly, her smile growing even wider. "Thank you, Uncle Daichi and Uncle Asahi!"

As the party continued, the children played various games, pin the tail on the donkey, a treasure hunt, and a bouncy castle set up in the backyard (with Hinata and Bokuto joining the kids in playing). Laughter and cheers filled the air as Kasumi and her friends enjoyed each activity.

When it was time for cake, Oikawa and Kageyama led Kasumi to the center of the room where a beautifully decorated cake awaited her. It was a vibrant creation with rainbow layers, topped with stars and sprinkles.

"Make a wish and blow out the candles, sweetie," Oikawa encouraged, his voice filled with serenity.

Kasumi closed her eyes, made a wish, and blew out the candles with a puff. The room erupted in applause and cheers.

Kageyama cut the cake and served everyone a slice. As they enjoyed their dessert, the sounds of happy chatter and laughter continued.

After cake, it was time for the special surprise. Oikawa and Kageyama gathered everyone in the living room, excitement bubbling in the air.

"Alright, Kasumi," Oikawa began. "We have one more surprise for you."

Kageyama, with a grin, added, "We've arranged a little show just for you. Your favorite characters are coming to visit!"

Kasumi's eyes widened in excitement. "Really? Who's coming?"

Before long, the living room lights dimmed, and a group of performers dressed as Kasumi's favorite characters entered the room. They put on a lively and engaging show, complete with music, dancing, and interactive games.

Kasumi was spellbound. She clapped and cheered, fully immersed in the performance. Riku, too, was caught up in the excitement, and the two friends enjoyed the show together, their laughter ringing out.

As the show came to an end, the performers gathered the children for a special meet-and-greet session. Kasumi and Riku had the chance to interact with the characters, take photos, and even receive autographed memorabilia.

As the party drew to a close, Kasumi, exhausted but happy, hugged her parents tightly. "Thank you, Papa Tru and Daddy Tob. Today was the best birthday ever!"

Oikawa and Kageyama smiled, their hearts full of joy. "We're so glad you enjoyed it, Kasumi," Oikawa said, stroking her hair.

Kageyama added, "You deserved a special day. We're proud of you and love you very much."

As the guests began to say their goodbyes and head home, Kasumi, her parents, and their friends shared one last group hug, cherishing the memories they had created.

As the day came to an end, Oikawa and Kageyama watched Kasumi drift off to sleep, her new stuffed lion clutched in her arms and a contented smile on her face.
