"Are you alright?" Instead of stabling his condition, he asked her. She smiled he cares for her more than he did for himself but instantly felt guilty, the reason why she's on the hospital's bed is her punishment for not trusting him, a tear rolled down her cheeks,
"Are you in pain love? Do I need to call the doctor?" He asked in a panicking voice.

"N..No I am alright." She assured him while continuing weeping, "You aren't good in hiding your emotions wifey." he was about to call the doctor but she grabbed his hands preventing him to get up, " What do you care for me so much?" She asked while sniffing.

He wipes her tears with his handkerchief, "Cause I love you wifey." More tears started to spill out of her eyes, just because he appeared to be awfully tired with dark circles under his eyes, and his gorgeous hairs were a mess but he still looked attractive, she's never seen him so untidy. "Your tears are scaring my wifey." He whispered with concern in his voice.
"S...Stu. Stupid h..hubby I'm crying because you looked like a m..me.. a mess." He let out an incredulous laugh "Some people never change. You're in so much pain but you can't avoid any chance of teasing me." He said while hugging her carefully.

"Seriously, Jane you frightened me. I couldn't visualize what my world will look like in your absence." She lowered her head it's because of her that he's to go through this much, she'll always in her life going to hate herself for the same.

"I'm sorry hubby for not trusting you." He smiled, "Honestly if I were in your shoes, I'd have done the same, moreover it was my fault that I kept such a big secret from you." He not even reprimanding her, he's the only person who trusts her even when he knows that she's wrong. She couldn't imagine anyone as her life partner but him.

"B.bu_ " He kept his finger on her lips to shush her up. "You need rest wifey." He whispered while assisting her to lay down. "An. And you need a bath, come after freshening up." Asher was reluctant to evacuate but she compelled him to do so, extorting him that she's not going to go take a sleep in his presence, he sighed and obeyed.

She watched him leaving, somewhere her vicious mind was mad on her for behaving with him like everything is normal, but when someone is in pain all they want is the person who's there comfort zone, and in her case it's Asher Norman maybe if she told her story to someone else she/he would force her to fight with Asher and leave him because there relationship was built on a lie, but as a weak human, she's scared of losing him, the best thing about arranged-marriage is love happens after marriage, and now she doesn't even gave the shit in what conditions she got married and what Asher thought of her before they married and in their post-wedding days. All she cares about is the present.

It's when her phone beeps, he picked it up thinking it's Asher's message but finding it was from an unknown number.

The accident would have been severe young lady, but I don't think you care about your life, next time it'd be anyone you love, do as I told you otherwise see your loved ones dying, hope you didn't forgot your dear brother Tom, his mother or his father. ~R.Stark

It's when the scene from last night started playing in her head, Robert Stark confirmed that his obsession for that company killed his sister-in-law and brother, finding no harm in their kids he let her and Eric live, he didn't knew that Janette was alive until he eavesdrop the conversation of one of her father's obedient servant, who ended up being killing by him, sadly Asher's mother was also with her parents in car, that day, Death can't be avoided even if we fear it, Janette sighed and let the tears fall from her eyes, that villain of her life is more dangerous than she'd ever imagined, she's thinking about the possible things he'd have done with her if Asher didn't propose the idea of marriage, that's why Eric kept supporting her arrange marriage to Asher till the last day, Everything happens for a reason and this is the biggest example she's witnessing. Thankfully she managed to escape from Stark Mansion last night otherwise she'd doesn't have an idea about how many conditions Robert Stark would have ended up putting infront of Eric or Asher for her rescue.

By the time Asher returned from home back to Janette, she's sleeping before waking her up he asked the nurse to bring soup for her for breakfast. He sat beside her and glanced at her lovingly although seeing her wounded made his blood boiled but still this wasn't the time for Robert Stark to pay but for Janette to heal, she appeared to be weak but still beautiful her hair scattered on the pillow, have it being other day, he'd have showered her with kisses all over her body but this time he just wished to take her pain away.

He caressed her hairs with his hands, "Wake up love!" He whispered making Janette flinch as she opened her eyes, although in early morning when she woke up, she seemed to be in a great mood but now something was flashing in her eyes maybe hurt, Asher instantly made out the change in her mood.

"W...Why? Just Why?" He heard her saying maybe she's talking about the revenge thing Asher wondered and sighed. "This isn't the best time to talk about it." He answered by holding her hand, she instantly pushed her hand away from him, making Asher flinch not because of her sudden outbreak but because her hand was wounded.  "Carefully Janette!You might get hurt."

"Not as much hurt as my heart." She managed to speak as few tears managed to escape out of her eyes, "You know, Mr Norman Janette can tolerate everything in this world but not deceiving, Cheated! Used!Betrayed! That's all I feel seeing your face right now." She spoke as more tears continued to spill out of her eyes and it broke his heart seeing her like that, it should  be his responsibility to make her happy and crush those who bring tears in her eyes, the irony is he's the reason of her tears.

"I..I'm s..sorry Ja..Janette please fo..rgave me." That's all he could manage to speak, "Please stop crying." He said while offering her his handkerchief, he was about to wipe her tears but jerked his hands away "Don't you dare to touch me! I don't want to see your face." These words crushed Asher's heart, and he deserved that, he wanted to speak but no words came out of his mouth.

"Go away, I don't want to see yours or Eric's face." Asher watched her with hurtful eyes, somewhere his heart was saying it wasn't Janette speaking but Robert Stark, but still those tears appeared to be real, although Asher gave no one the authority to speak him the way Janette is doing right now. "He needs to sort everything out.To bring back the same dangerous, Asher Norman." He got up and made few phone calls.

"I wasn't the part of this game, Robert Stark but you unknowingly dragged me in this now you'll taste the bitter defeat." Asher muttered and sighed his revenge plans was amended as Janette was going to take over Stark Corporations but Robert Stark made this game nasty by dragging him in this and by hurting and now possibly blackmailing,Janette because she's okay till morning and his new bodyguards informed him about the arrival of Rebecca and Henry Stark today in hospital .

His plans was to gave Janette and Eric what was snatched from their father years ago, and he completely forgot that Robert Stark killed his mother, today seeing, Janette wounds and her outbursts Empty threats, The Asher Norman who was in a deep sleep woke up.

"Let's gave him the taste of his own pill." He smirked and walked away.
