Jay, Kai, and Cole were on the deck of the Bounty, Zane who is holding his breath underwater. While Wu and I were in his meditation room. I was meditating, while Wu was reminiscing his childhood with a katana. He started putting it away as the boys made their way to the room.
"Well, every morning I do 500 pushups." Zane says.
"500? Ha, try a thousand." Kai scoffs. Jay laughs.
"I do a thousand and one."
"What is this, amateur hour? Sounds like my warm-up." Cole says. "Sensei, what does true potential look like if—" He stops. I open my eyes to see them bow.
"Our apologies, sensei. We've interrupted you." Zane apologizes for all of them. Wu sighs and puts the katana away.
"I'm sorry if I've been distant lately. My mind has been elsewhere since Lloyd has gone missing." He says.
"You and me both." I pipe up. "And he's not missing. He's with that cursed purple snake." I correct him.
"What can I help you with?" He asks, choosing to ignore me.
"Sensei, what if we've done enough training? What if we've reached our true potential? What if we're ready?" Cole asks. Wu chuckles.
"You might have reached peak physical condition, but you've yet to reach your inner potential. In each and everyone of us, there are obstacles that hold us back. Only when you conquer that fear will your heart be free. Only then will you reach your true potential. Only then will we have a fighting chance to stop the Serpentine from releasing the Great Devourer." Wu explains to them. Zane steps forward, towards Wu.
"There's more to the Great Devourer than you've led on, isn't there, Sensei?" Zane asks him, putting a hand on his shoulder. Wu sighed and I got up to go to the kitchen. I knew he was gonna tell them the story from his and his brother's childhood. I never liked that story, for it tells what created Lord Garmadon. By the time I had got my tea and got back, the story was over and Wu had closed the case for the katana.
"You four have finished your training. You must now focus on stopping Pythor from collecting the four Fang blades. But never lose focus on the obstacles that lie within each of your hearts that holds you back from true greatness. Unlock your true potential." Wu tells them all.
"But how are we supposed to do that, Sensei?" Zane asks him,
"It is up to each of you to discover. Now I must go on a personal journey of my own." Wu explains, walking away.
"Where are you going?" Jay asks, following Wu.
"To a place you cannot follow." Wu vaguely answers.
"If you're going for Lloyd, the city of Ouroboros is filled with hundreds of Serpentine. You'll never do it alone." Cole says.
"I am going to find someone who can be of aid. The Serpentine have united and grown stronger and we will need all the help we can get." Wu says. We all go to the deck to see him off and I walk away from the others to talk to him by myself.
"Wu." I say making him stop and turn. "Be safe, and make sure he returns safely as well." I ask. He nods and I hug him goodbye. "Tell him that I will see him when he returns or there will be a final battle of our own." He chuckles as he pulls away. He turns and heads off for his journey.

We were all in town, hanging up missing posters for the fang blades.
"Oh, this is silly." Zane sighs. He's holding a bunch of the posters while the rest of us hang them up all over town.
