chapter 13

You shuddered at the sound of her voice. "Actually we're here to prevent your death." You tell her. She eye rolls . "Do you expect me to believe you? In case you haven't already noticed, I am a villain." She said.  You smiled to try to get her to try and get her to trust you.  Out of the corner of your eye you saw Maki glare at you. "I'm aware. You may be a villian, but you're also only a human.  You make mistakes, no?" You told her. You noticed that her eyebrows raised slightly. "Why, yes I do make mistakes." She said.  You smiled a bit wider.  "You feel pain, no?" You  asked her.  "Yes."  Was her only only reply. "Do you feel fear?" You asked. 

She hesitated for a few moments before answering.  "Yes, I... really don't want... to loose any of the few people who have forgave me for my past mistakes."  She told you. For some reason, her words sent a shiver down your spine. You saw a bit of Touya in her. The way she hesitated before saying her weaknesses.

"You're really brave for saying that to someone you just met. You didn't have to tell me what you're afraid of,  but I appreciate your honesty."  You told her. You noticed that she had the smallest of smiles on her face. 

About three minutes of silence passed. "I... would like you to save me from... myself."

~~~~~Time skip~~~~

You were paceing outside of the school's door for 'parent pick-up'. If that's what they still call it. "Excuse me, sorry to bother you,  but shouldn't your mom be picking up your siblings?" One of the older women asked you. By this time, you weren't surprised.  You got asked that question almost on a weekly basis. You were a young mom and you looked younger than you were. "Oh, no I'm 18 and I'm picking up My kids and not my siblings."

The woman looked at you like you just committed a felony. "My lord! I would never alow my children to be involved with such a terrible belief, that it's okay for a child to be a mother." Her words stung a little. "On that note, I would think that you also would take your children out of school if there was a child with a disability in their class because you don't want your child to 'catch the same disease that gave their classmate that physical condition'. But if you want to think that way that's fine.  I just think differently. Have a good day. " you said before walking closer to the exit.

A few minutes later you heard the troublesome trio themselves. "That. Was. AWESOME!" Murasaki yelled before jumping into your arms.  Ao seemed happy,  but when you turned to Shiro, you almost burst into laughter. The poor kid looked miserable. "Momma I don't wanna go back tomorrow.  Can I just stay home?" Shiro asked. 

You patted the kid's back out of sympathy "Sorry bud, you have to go tomorrow too." You told him.  Shiro slumped even more than he had before. 

~~~~time skip~~~~

"Shii-nii, Ao-kun let's wait for gramps over there. If all of us are there he has to play with us! He can't not!"Murasaki said to her siblings. Ao shot up and stood by where Murasaki pointed.  Then went Murasaki and Shiro. "I need to watch this. I'll be back." You told Natsuo and Fuyumi. They nodded to give you the okay and you stood just far enough away that the trio wouldn't notice that you where watching them. 

After five minutes, he finally came home.  Ou heard Murasaki squeak out of excitement. When father was walking by, Murrasaki tapped his elbow "Graps,'cmon please play with us, just this once." Murrasaki begged.

You thought you were seeing things, but you could've sworn you saw a little bit of fear in his eyes when Murrasaki lightly tugged at her pigtails.  And for the first time,  father didn't just ruffle her hair and go upstairs.  "I'm sorry." Were the first wods he had ever said to her.

'All  she did was watch.

"Mabey I'll be better than All Might someday!  Then you've gotta give me some respect, dad! You'll be glad you created me I just know it! "

And later father didn't show up.

"Why didn't he show!?"

And it was then when she didn't stay , was when she could've changed the story completely.

But she didn't. '

Murasaki stood there confused for a second before turning to talk to you.

"Momma, why did gramps apologize?  Did he do something that I can't remember,  or something?" She asked you.  "I don't know ether, actually.  I think... you might just remind him of your daddy enough that,  he felt like he would make up some past mistakes." You tll her.

"Anyways,  let's go eat dinner,  I'm hungry. " she told you.  Shiro and Ao are already at the dinner table.  You turned around to see father standing at the top of the stairs.

You slightly waved and to your surprise,  he nodded in acknowledgement.

Hold on tight my friends,  for we're just getting started with this emotional roller coaster. In the next chapter the triplets will (Most likely) be 10. We need to move on with the plot folks.
