~~~~Murasaki's POV~~~~

I wake up in the middle of the night for no reason. I sit up in bed and look around. Shiro is still fast asleep and Ao has his journal wide open but he has his hand on it. I carefully walk over there and decided to read today.

Today we all went out because momma had a day off from work. When we left the solon where Mura-chan there was this guy. He seemed strangly familiar. He also looked at Shii-kun and I .
After Mura-chan got her haircut we we went to a park with a fountain and momma taught us how to wish.
I wished for daddy to come back. I know that most wishes don't come true, but Mura-chan's did. She wished for gramps to spend time with us and he did tonight! I don't have a single clue what Shiro wished for but I just know that whatever it is, his wish will come true, so why can't mine?
Why would they get their wishes but I wouldn't? Out of everything in the world, I just want to meet daddy. That's all I want. So momma can smile like she did in those pictures of her and daddy when they were my age, So gramps to hang out with us like he did when daddy was little, so gramps and Uncle Natsu to be on good terms, So grammy to come home. So Auntie Fuyumi won't have to worry about any of us anymore, So that Uncle Sho can eat with the entire family for the first time.
So if I could have one wish, it would be for daddy to come back, even if it's just for a little while even just to say sorry for something that he never got the chance to. Please have him come back. We all need him back.

Wow. I never thought that was how Ao felt about that. Not once had he said a word about this. He had always said that it would be cool to meet daddy but, when he wrote, he sounded desperate.

The more I think about it, I want daddy to be in my life too. But how would everyone else react? I'm sure uncle Natsu wouldn't be happy at first.

On another note nobody even told me what really happened to him. All they say when I all about happened to him all they is "there was a terrible accident" and they don't say anything else. I feel like I should know what really happened to him.

I head back to bed before they knew that I was awake.

"Mura-chan, it's time to wake up."
"Noooo. I don't wanna go to school todaaaay. I'm tooooo sleeeeepy"
"It's not a school day, Mura-chan, Remember? The stain incident?"
"Well, why didn't you say so!?"

I shoot out of bed and run past my brothers. I run downstairs for breakfast. "Morning momma!" I say to momma. She turns around to face me. "Good morning. You're very chippper today, no?" She greets me. I nod in response and sit down at the table.

Not long after momma brought over some fluffy pancakes with blueberries. On the top. "Thank you momma!" I say to her. Momma nods and ruffles my hair in response.

I know that the topic of what happened to daddy is a very sensitive topic for momma, but I need to know. I need to know the truth to why I don't have a dad in my life. I of all people shouldn't be lied to or be told the short story. "Momma... you don't have to answer my question but... what really happened to daddy? I want to know the full story. Of course you don't have to answer me if you aren't comfortable doing so." I tell her

Momma freezes in place for a solid minute before she turned to face me. "I suppose you have the right to know. I'll never forget the day..."

"Touya, 'cmon! I fully support you and what you want, but now you won't even let me help you anymore! what happened to 'as long as you're by my side I'll be the best hero!?' " you said.
You were a fool, the biggest fool the world had .
"Have you ever heard of a hero that relies on someone?! I need to be strong enough to handle my power by myself. That's the only way! "
Well, you weren't enough of a fool to not know that there was no rezoning wwith Touya about the way he wanted to be a hero.
"Touya, I'm just worried. That's all. You don't think that even All Might's family worries about him? And I worry that one day, your body won't be able to handle your fire anymore. It's like a handmade blanket, at first you don't notice that it has some holes, or in your case, burns, but once they get to a noticeable size, they're all anyone sees. They don't see how much you've got stronger, or how you've survived through thick and thin, all they ever see is the scars. And one day, you won't be able to even feel anymore, and you'll break. I don't want that. You're the only you this world has and will ever have."
Like I said, you were a fool. You didn't think that it would hurt him to hear you compare him to an object but, you did mean the best.
"Whaddya mean! I care about you too, don't think I don't, but you aren't helping! You think just with a few words you can quote on quote "save my life" but I want this! This is all I want. I want to be a hero so good that nobody's going to worry about me! And I will be that hero!"
You felt horrible, like you had just ignored a child that nobody would save, like you had just gotten away with a murder and gotten away with it and would never be caught.
"I'm sorry. If that's what you think is the best for you, I'll try to shake off those feelings."
Even years later, you would've wished that you were some miracle worker and made him change his mind, but you weren't, you were only human, and that's all you are and will be.

"(Y/n), does he even know who I am? "
You were heartbroken seeing him like that. He was a sobbing mess and you couldn't do anything about it. You wished with all your heart, that he would wait a while later.
"He didn't show up! Stupid tears...."
He wiped away his tears vigorously as if he wanted to stop but couldn't. You wrapped your arms around him in an effort to comfort him.
"Hey, it's okay, he might just be late, or not've seen your note yet, we don't know, he might be on his way now, let's just wait."
You tried your hardest to reason with him.
Touya rested his head against your chest, probably to tell you that he apreceated you being there for him. You loved Touya with all your heart, that is true. You wanted to help him calm down but you didn't know how or even what to do for that matter.
"He's not coming. (Y/n), I want to believe you, but it's getting late."
The two of you just rested in that embrace for what felt like forever but in reality, was only two minutes before you let him go.
"I'm going to get some hot cocoa it's getting really chilly."
"Be sure to bring me some too."
"I will, don't worry. "
"(Y/n), can I tell you something really quick? "
"Yup."
"I really love you"
"I love you too."

As you stood up you saw Touya's face for what would be the last time in years.
