I know I don't normally start this book with a little note, but I had to. I found some fanart of Reki, Langa and Miya and oh my god! I set it as my Lock Screen on my laptop cos it's *chef's kiss*.

~Your POV:~
After Reki's race with Adam, I told Manager Oka that I needed a break. I'd been focusing so much on getting better when skateboarding. And making sure Reki and Langa's relationship was finally mended. I didn't even leave anytime to look after myself. Yes I was still injured from the other night, but I needed a break. I did tell Oka-san where I went. But no one else. Not Reki. Not Langa. Not Miya or Joe. Not even Cherry or Shadow. I just wanted some "me" time with no one else around.

I was planning on spending the whole day in the Sports World Southern Hill Ice Arena in Shimajiri District. It wasn't close to where I lived but it was the only ice rink I could actually find in Okinawa. I knew there was a rink in Tokyo but that was out of the question. By a long shot. I made sure I had everything I needed with me. Spare clothes, my travel pass, money and my ice skates. I still kept them from when I used to train in Tokyo back when I lived there. I'm not sure if they're still the right size for me so I would have to just hope for the best. My phone was in my hand since I needed it for directions.

I left my house, making sure to lock it and headed to the train station. I really hope Oka-san doesn't tell them where I went.

~Reki's POV:~
"Oka-san." I said as I entered Dope Sketch.

"Oh Reki, hello." He replies.

"Is Y/N here already?" I ask.

"No. She said she was taking some time off." He explained.

"Time off?" I heard Langa say.

"Yeah. Didn't she tell you?" Oka-san asks.

"No. She didn't say anything." Langa said.

"Why? Did she say why?" I ask.

"Not really. She just said she needed some time to herself." Oka-san explained.

"I didn't see her at our usual spot this morning." Langa points out.

"Maybe she's at home?" Langa adds.

"No. She wouldn't be at home." I counter.

"What makes you so sure?" Langa asks me.

"In the past, whenever Y/N would want to be alone... she told me before. She wouldn't be at home. She'd be distracting herself from things by doing something she loves." I reply.

"So then... where?" Langa said.

"I can think of three different places. Well, three things she could be doing. I don't know where she would be though." I say.

"Well skateboarding would be one." Langa said.

"If she was skateboarding we would've seen her on the way here." I point out.
