~Your POV:~
I was in the hospital with Shadow. He sort of dragged me here to see Cherry. So we were heading to his room.
"So, in the end, you can't get around this corner without using tricks." Miya thought aloud.
Miya was playing videos on Carla. Cherry's board.
"Carla, replay that last part." Miya says, Carla obliges.
Me and Shadow walked into the room seeing Miya sat on the door talking to Carla.
"Cherry, I'm here to visit you!" Shadow says loudly.
"Really? Do you have to be that loud?" You sigh in annoyance.
"Wha..." Shadow says, noticing Miya.
"You're here too, Miya?" I ask.
"Where did Cherry run off to?" Shadow asks.
"He's getting tested. He won't be back for at least another half hour." Miya answers.
"So, that's why you're using Carla without his permission?" Shadow asks.
"It was in sleep mode, so even I could control it." Miya answers.
"Makes sense." I say.
"It even has a projector function?" Shadow points out.
"It's like anything goes for this board." I add.
"Oh wait, that's yours truly!" Shadow points out.
Carla was playing previous faces and Shadow's mug appeared on the projector.
"This is Langa's debut race." Miya explains.
I watched as the countdown began and Shadow taking off while Langa stayed on the start line.
"Look at just how the gallery's all worked up! My antihero position is simply the best!" Shadow says.
"You were the best at making him look good." Miya retorts.
"You got that right." I say, backing Miya up.
"I thought he was a novice, so I was caught off guard." Shadow says.
"Hey, you lost against him, too." Shadow retorts.
"Am I seriously the only one who hasn't lost to Langa?" I ask aloud knowing full well what the answer is.
"Wait you haven't lost to Langa?" Miya says.
"No. The first time I raced him, I won. Only barely though." I reply.
This time, the projector was now showing a different race. Miya was up against Langa. Then Shadow started laughing as the race went on.
"You called him a "slime," and you still lost!" Shadow laughs.
"Says you. You lost to him as well." I say.
"Shut up!" Miya says.
"Couldn't agree more." I say with a chuckle.
"Next time we go at it, I'll win! That's what a tournament is about, right?" Miya declares.
"Did you forget Shadow lost against me? The next time any of us race, you'd more likely be racing against me Miya." I say.
"Carla... stop video." Miya said.
The video paused at a rather odd shot. Shadow was taunting Reki and he looked super weird.
"What's wrong with this shot? I totally got a great taunt going there! Call me an entertainer!" Shadow says.
"Your face looks vulgar." Miya said, pointing out the obvious.
