Chapter 1 Paladins? yes of course

(This chapter, begins in season 1, episode 7, Return to the Balmera, before Lance and Keith reunite with their team in the heart of Balmera)

Narra Raya

(My character was called Raya long before the movie "Raya and the Last Dragon", but they beat me when the movie T.T came out)

Just one, just an easy job, it's the only thing I want, why is it so difficult? Balmera crystals are very rare, uncommon, very expensive and they are supposed to be easy to acquire, but my luck is so bad, that the Balmera closest to my sector, is from the Galra empire, I would have gone looking for another Balmera, but my ship was damaged when the Galra noticed my presence

Now I not only have to look for crystals, but I also have to steal a ship, which is inside the mining tunnels. It has to be a joke!

I was walking through the tunnels of the Balmera, constantly complaining about this situation.

At least on my way I found two or three crystals, which would serve me to sell them on my planet, but I needed a bigger one.

Suddenly, I heard a voice a few meters away from me, curiosity won over me and I followed that voice, the closer I got the stronger it became, which allowed me to distinguish it as a male voice, but it was not only one,  two voices

I hid in a corner and could see how two boys with spacesuits of different colors, red and blue, were walking a few centimeters from my hiding place, they were handcuffed and unarmed, with two Galra sentries escorting them somewhere

were surely prisoners.

"You had to attack them right?" The boy with the Blue armor complained, glaring at his partner

"I told you run, not to stay and shoot them" the boy with the Red armor defended himself. I didn't really know what they were, but they looked a bit like me, sure, without the purple skin, white hair, yellow eyes, pointy ears, and marks.

I shrugged and got up to get away from them. Normally, I didn't meddle in the affairs of the empire or the rebels, and honestly, I didn't mind the war one bit.

When I remembered it, usually the sentries are the ones who take the important things somewhere and if I hacked into the system of one of them , I would find the exact place where the big and important crystals would be, my job would be easier and I would only concentrate on taking a galra ship and returning home

Wait for the right moment and I came out of hiding, shooting black and white rays at the sentries, destroying them in a couple of seconds

The two boys stared at me with their jaws on the ground, surprised at how I had finished with the sentries in a fraction of seconds, I turned around, slowly removing my helmet and revealing my galra features both of them, which surprised them the most.

the Red was looking at me threateningly, while the Blue let out a high-pitched scream, I quickly looked around and covered his mouth, jumping on top of him, causing him to fall to the ground and get more scared. Was he trying to get us caught?

I was about to scold him, when the red one almost hit me from behind with a kick and I say almost, because as soon as I felt the boy's foot a few meters from me, I took his ankle surprisingly and threw him to the ground, as they were both handcuffed, none could get up

"we're going to die!" the Blue continued yelling, so I slapped him to shut up

"Do you want to shut up?" I asked sarcastically, in a low voice, assuring myself that no sentry or soldier will find us "do you want to tell the whole planet that we are here?"
