"Okay. Just keep calm. Louis, whatever happens, I want you to escape. I need you to escape." I instructed him.

Miranda and I came up with a plan that we're gonna take the guns from Orren and Harper and we both know that we can take it from there.

She already called for back up, apparently she has this necklace like GPS that we she presses, a back up will come to us.

"I cannot leave you, Max." Louis begged so many times already but I can't risk it. If ever I have to sacrifice a life, that'd be mine. But I have a baby. Damn it, it's hard!

"Louis. Just stick to the plan. I promise you, I will never leave you." I lied. I do not know what will happen, but I just want Louis to calm.

We got back to our own places and waited for Orren and Harper to come back. Not too long, Harper came back and went to me.

"Gosh, I hate you so much." She kneeled in front of me and slapped my face. That hurts, you bitch!!!!

That's when I took the opportunity and head butted her. When she fell down, I took the gun on her pocket and shoot her leg.

"You bitch!!!!!" She screamed in pain. I can see blood on her nose and lips, and leg. Now she cannot run after us with busted leg!

Miranda ran towards Harper and made her pass out so she couldn't make noise. And then she and Louis ran towards me, waiting for my go signal to go outside this room.

I looked outside and saw three goons. I signaled Miranda and she just nodded. She whispered something to Louis and then she nodded at me again.

Miranda sneaked on the man nearest us. She cracked his neck so he could passed out and I shot his leg. Good thing this gun has silencer. And wow, Miranda still got the moves!!! To think that she hasn't been working on the field for years!

She did that thing for the other two guys, and when we're almost out of the warehouse, I saw that the door is locked

"Miranda, it's locked!!!" I whispered so no one could here us.

Miranda and Louis' face look so worried, "What do we do now?"

"I don't kn——." Suddenly, someone shot the door. I looked at the person and it's one of their goons.

"Run!!!" I shouted and that's when the three of us run in different directions.

I'm literally panicking right now because I lost sight of Louis. All I can think of is his safety. I just hope he found a safe place. I tried to look for him but then I failed.

Where the heck is Louis! He's not that small to be not noticeable!

"Looking for someone?" I heard Orren's voice behind me. I turned around and saw Orren and his arm is wrapped around Louis's neck with a gun pointed on his head.

I've never been this scared in my whole life.

"Orren, just let him go." I told him. I slowly put the gun on the floor and kicked to him.

"I'm not stupid, Max!" He told me. He's so mad right now and I'm trying to be calm as much as possible.

I shook my head and replied, "I know you're not. Just let Louis go."

"You think I'm gonna do what you're telling me?" It's hard to convince him now. I'm so terrified now. Then I looked behind him and saw Keith. She smiled at me and I knew from there that we're gonna be safe.
