"Ok guys, let's see February," I said, trying to shift the focus back to the meeting. "Ryujin, please give her a signal to show the next slide."

The projector clicked on, and the schedule for February appeared. "From February 1st to 8th, you're all doing commercials for Globe Telecom, Pepsi, Adidas, Samsung, and Olens," I began. "On February 11th, Chaeng's birthday. The same rules apply. On the 12th, Kill This Love MV release. From the 15th to 16th, group activities with a Guess photoshoot. Then from the 17th to 23rd, TV and radio guestings for Kill This Love promotions and performances. For the empty slots, the same rules apply, except for February 14th. If you want to go on a date, be my guest," I said, smiling.

"Any questions?"

"Unnie?" Lisa piped up. "Yes, Lisa?" I asked.

"When can we have a long break? I mean like a vacation?" she asked, a hopeful tone in her voice.

"Hmm... let's discuss that later," I said, pushing the topic aside for now. "Now, guys, who wants to launch a solo?" I looked around at them, and their surprised faces made me pause for a moment. "Any takers?" I asked again, raising my eyebrows. To my amusement, every hand shot up in the air.

"Well, this is tricky," I said with a smirk. They all burst into laughter.

"Ok, ok, four of you play rock, paper, scissors. Whoever wins will launch first, and so on," I suggested, trying to make it fun.

"Yah, unnie, are you being serious right now?" Jennie asked, looking exasperated.

"I'm not even good at that game," Rosé interjected, looking sad.

"I don't want to play that one," Jisoo commented, shaking her head.

"Just decide whoever you want to launch first, we will respect your decision," Jisoo continued, and they all nodded in agreement.

"Ok then, let's move to March-" I began, but Lisa interrupted me.

"See, you already have a plan," she said with a grin.

"As I said, I want to hear your ideas and opinions. It matters to me, guys," I replied with a smile, appreciating their involvement. "And Ryujin, you may go now. Office hours are over. I can finish this. Thank you," I said, and Ryujin nodded before she bid goodbye to everyone.

"You are a good boss, unnie," Rosé commented as the door closed behind Ryujin.

"Thank you, Chaeng, I'm trying to be," I replied with a smile, grateful for the compliment.

"Ok, March 1st to 7th, Billboard magazine photoshoot for group and individual shots," I continued, moving through the schedule. "March 8th-9th, Elle Korea magazine photoshoot. The rest of the dates will be Jennie's and Rosé's solos, Jisoo's shooting for Snowdrop, and Lisa is invited to be a dance mentor for Youth With You Season 2, so she'll probably travel a lot. I didn't put everything on a date because I don't know how long everything will take and how busy you all will be, so you understand, right?"

"Unnie, you don't know how happy I am right now. Of course, it's fine," Jennie said, her face lighting up.

"I could kiss you right now, unnie," Rosé interjected, smiling brightly.

"Hey!!" Jisoo snapped at her.

Rosé just gave her a peace sign, unbothered by Jisoo's glare.

"27th is Lisa's birthday-same rules apply," I said, and they all chorused in unison, "The same rules applied." Everyone burst into laughter at their synchronized response.
