Morning on Monique's birthday

We're supposed to have a shoot today. Jisoo commented. Why are we here at Monique's at this hour, is she even here? Jisoo added.

Yah, Jisoo, please chill. Jennie stated.

Monique unnie is not here probably working, she mentioned she's doing stuff on her birthday. Rosé said.

We are going to help Mina and the rest to prepare food for her birthday. All her favorites. Lisa added.

Jisoo just nods at them.

They settled in the kitchen and greet everybody. I'll cook spaghetti with meatballs sauce, that's her favorite. Joseph commented I'll help you Rosé stated. I'm going to bake a triple chocolate cake, Jennie gives me a hand. Jisoo said looking at Jennie. We are going to prepare the barbeque, Mina and Irene high five.

The rest are looking at Lisa and Iu.. I'll go see appa and eomma, there in the backyard. Lisa quickly answered then stand up exiting the kitchen. I'll go with her. Iu said immediately. Don't burn down the kitchen, she added then laughed while running her way to Lisa.

You wake up to warm sunshine, tropical birdsong, and Lisa and Iu bickering with each other while playing games in your room. You shake your head and smile while looking at them.

It almost feels like I am dreaming. She said mentally. You stand up and open the door from the veranda and take in the beautiful view, you sigh contentedly.

Yah, what are you two squabbling at? She asked looking at her two friends.

Lisa is cheating. Iu commented.

I am not. I am just too good at this game. Lisa argued back.

Kids! She commented walking towards the door and leaving the room. Monique was watching on her mobile while walking down the stairs heading to the kitchen. She didn't notice that Jisoo was already in front of her eyeing her suspiciously and looking at her phone.

I thought you were doing stuff. Jisoo commented stressing the word stuff.

I am. Monique said smiling at her.

Watching Lisa's swalla dance is that what you mean by stuff? Jisoo questioned while crossing her arms.

Wha.. what? No. Monique stammered putting the mobile in her pocket walked past Jisoo and started looking for Rosé.

Chaeng! Chaeng! She called.

Rosé run in her direction and pull her aside while Jisoo looked at them confused.

Rosé handed something secretly to Monique then they fist bombed after.

Now, I'll go ahead to do some real stuff. Monique commented then winked at Jisoo. Rosé pulls back Jisoo in the kitchen telling her to continue what she's doing.

Monique went back to her room grinning widely while looking at the ring in her hands.

Are you ready to do this Monique? Iu asked.

Yes.. how do we start again? Monique asked slightly panicking.

I think the best approach is to keep calm unnie, we got this, we planned it nicely and surely. Lisa teased her.

Good thinking, Lisa. I need to calm down, Monique said. Lisa's reassurance falls somewhat not effective as they watch Monique walking back and forth pacing in the room.

Um, Monique stays still. Are you ok? Iu commented.

A little anxious, but I'll live. Monique sighs.
