[Chapter Eight: Unwanted Visitor]

I was staring at him, irritated.

"Cut your shit, Corpse."

"You've been cussing nonstop," komento niya. "There's not even an exception."

Instead of adding something from what he said, my nose flared from displeasure.

"Stop bothering Hayden," I said with emphasis.

"I will." Inangat niya ang kaliwang kamay niya at hinawakan ang kamay ko na nakakwelyo sa kanya. "So, let go of me now."

Pabagsak kong binitawan ang kwelyo niya at tumayo. Nagbuntong hininga ako habang nakatingin sa kanya na tumatayo na rin.

"I don't beg just to be left alone."

"You don't need to beg." Pinagpagan niya ang sarili niya bago tumingin sa akin. "But leaving you alone won't happen."

"For fuck's sake. Just stop, will you? " pagod kong sabi sa kanya.

Dealing with him alone drains a lot of energy from me. Paano pa kaya kapag nagsama silang tatlo?

Tatalikod na sana ako pero hindi ko 'yon nagawa dahil nagsalita agad siya.

"If you won't let me, then I'll never stop bugging her. Same with your mission as well."

"You need me, Agent."

Kung tinitingnan niya kung hanggang saan aabot ang pasensya ko, masasabi ko na ubos na ubos na ito pagdating sa kanya.

I sighed, breaking the silence between us. "I'm not going to accept your offer."

He didn't change his emotions. "Accept it or not, I'll stay." He looked away and began to walk. Nilagpasan niya ako ng lakad.

Nanatili lang akong nakatayo. I don't even know what's happening to him.

Tsk. What a loser.

I sighed heavily. He's so stubborn to handle. Paano kaya sila napapagalaw ni boss nila? This is the first time that I met the three of them, and I'm already hoping that this will be the last time as well.
