[Chapter Fourteen: Circles of Spear]

One of the things I hated the most is when somebody would wake me up in the middle of my sleep, I could totally dug any kinds of knife into their skin from what they've done.

Too early in the morning, I was completely pissed.

I was curled on the sofa at the small living room after Life called me multiple times in my room to wake me up, my brows were near to connecting each other and my face were showing a annoyed one. Nakayakap ako sa tuhod ko habang masamang nakatingin sa kawalan, I could totally feel that I'm still sleepy.

"Bakit ba laging magkasalubong 'yang kilay mo? Umagang-umaga pa naman."

Tiningnan ko ang pinaggalingan ng boses na 'yon, I want to tell her that I'm glad she spoke some other language now but I was still annoyed.

"What do you expect? Tuwang-tuwa ako dahil may gumising saakin sa kalagitnaan ng tulog ko?" I rolled my eyes at her, "It doesn't mean that we're in the same organization means you can treat me like a tiny little friend of yours. Get this, Life. We will never be friends, and I will never take a single bullet for someone like you."

Nagkibit-balikat lamang siya bago iniwan ako sa salas at pumasok sa kusina, I groaned in annoyance before hugging my knees tightly.

"I already fixed your luggage, you can take a bath right now if you want. The car will be here within 30 minutes." Rinig kong sabi niya mula sa kusina.

My brows furrowed even more, I sat on the sofa and stare at the doorway to the kitchen. "What? You touched my things?!" I furiously walk towards the kitchen and I saw her facing me already, kinuha ko ang kutsilyong malapit saakin at hindi nag-alangang ibato 'yon papunta sa kanya.

She just smoothly moved a little to avoid it and the knife straightly dug into the wooden cupboard, ni hindi siya kumurap at nanatili lang na nakatingin saakin habang naghahalo sa mixing bowl.

"No one could ever dare to touch my things, especially you!" Binato ko sakanya ang isang maliit na timer na nakapatong sa lamesa pero agad niya rin yong nailagan nang hindi gumagalaw masyado, my anger risen. "Rot you to hell!" Padabog akong umalis ng kusina at dumiretsyo sa kwarto, I took my towel and straightly made my way towards the bathroom to take some shower.

Dahil ata sa galit ko ay saglit lamang akong nakaligo. Right after I finished drying myself, I walked back to my room and picked some clothes that I will wear today. It's only Wednesday and surely, the classes are already starting.

Napili kong suotin ang isang cream colored sleeveless, brown cardigan, at black jeans. I brushed my hair using my fingers after changing into my picked outfit, nagsuot lamang ako ng tsinelas bago kinuha ang maleta at lumabas. Paniguradong kinuha na niya ang lahat ng mga nakakalat kong gamit sa kwarto kaya hindi na ako maghahanap pa.

I sat on the sofa, crossed my legs and arm and stared at the kitchen doorway with a deep frown. Nang makita ko papalaking anino ay mas lalong lumalim ang pagkunot ng noo ko, I saw Life munching while holding a not so large tupperware. Nang titigan ko kung anong laman no'n ay binalik ko nalang ang tingin sakanya. Why would she bake some cookies? Babaunin ba niya ang mga 'yon paalis?

"I can't believe you're making me wait while you're just doing your stupid cookies," I tsked, "did you even take a shower nor brushed your teeth?"

Tinaasan niya ako ng kilay, "I even use mouthwash, spy." umismid ako nang lampasan niya ako ng lakad. So she's still gonna call me 'spy' like she's not a spy too? Wonderful.

"Get up, we'll be late."

Nilingon ko siya, dala-dala pa rin niya ang tupperware na may laman na cookies habang hawak ng isang kamay niya ang isang maleta.
