Kindaichi and Kunimi adopted a kitten not too long ago, and Kindaichi's jealously couldn't seem to stay within himself.

  Kindaichi had just come home from practice, as usual, he did his normal routine and then walked to his bedroom that he shared with his boyfriend. The moment he saw him laying down he flopped down on his bed right next to him and pulled him to a hug.

  Kunimi giggled and turned around. Until he noticed his boyfriend's face.

  "Are you tired Yuutarou?" He asked, caressing his cheek, looking at him sympathetically. 'He's so hardworking...' he thought.

"Very." He sighed.

  "Come here." He offered.

Kindaichi stuffed his face into Kunimi's neck inhaling his scent, melting into his touch, while Kunimi's hand went to Kindaichi's head and massaged it, flattening his black locks, he liked it when his hair was down after Kindaichi told him that his headaches from all the products he wears in a week, Kunimi commanded him that whenever he is home, that his hair will be down.

Around 5 minutes later, Kindaichi was almost asleep—Kunimi's massages always helped him relax and unwind from the stress that had been piling up from homework, exams, practice and many more reoccurring problems.

He then woke up shortly due to the crying meows that he heard coming from the door and turned around immediately to get a vivid vision of the noise and instantly knew what it was.

'ugh, not that brat now...' he grumbled. When he felt Kunimi's hands out of his hair he glanced back to him, wondering why he is getting up for it.

Kunimi got up, walked to the door and opened it, he then kneeled to pick up the kitten, giving it a few kisses, and walking back to bed and cuddling it.

Kindaichi stared at him...he's never seen Kunimi giving so much affection and love, sure they've been together for a while but Kindaichi was always the one who initiates everything. Seeing Kunimi give so much attention to something that is not him—it kind of hurt him on the inside. Not helping since he came back from practice another day and finding Kunimi curled up with the cat with dozens of blankets.

  Kunimi still not paying attention to him, after a few minutes, Kindaichi had had enough and scoffed and turned around moodily.

Kunimi immediately understood, laughing at his boyfriend's childish antics.

"Are you jealous, Yuu?" Kunimi joked. Not taking him seriously.

He gave no response.

"Come on, there's enough of me for the both of you." Kunimi laughed again pulling the other boy's shirt.

"No, don't talk to me if you're so invested in the cat." He said stubbornly, Kunimi's pulling not really making him move him.

"Pleaseee," Kunimi whined, still a bit of laughter.

"Hmph." He huffed. 'How can some cat take his attention so easily?' He questioned.

"Come on stop being so silly." He heaved.

"I said don't talk to me! Go talk to the cat if you like him better than me..." Kin said angrily, leaving the bedroom. But before leaving he declared, "No more cuddling and sleeping on me anymore."

"No!" Kunimi shouted getting up immediately, his precious kitten still in his hands.

Kindaichi ignored him and kept walking, he was jealous and it was obvious. He was irritated that it's been so long that he and Kunimi met, he would give so much attention and love to a cat that he adopted not too long ago. Back in high school, Kunimi had always kept a reputation of being the quiet person and Kindaichi would always be the one who he slept on, have feeding privileges, making sure he wakes up in the morning. All this care.

  And some cat takes that all away?!

  He felt harsh but he couldn't handle it, he sat down on the couch calming down a bit.

  Kunimi came scrambling out of the bedroom, seeing Kindaichi sitting still a bit mad, he felt bad for neglecting him and sat down next to him, cupping his face smiling.

  Kindaichi furrowed his brows, "Where's the cat since you like her more?" He sneered.

  "I put her to sleep," Kunimi says cuddling into his boyfriend's chest wrapping his arms around him.

  "Hm—also what did I say about no more cuddling me!?" He snapped.

  Kunimi hugged him tighter and gave him kisses all over his face trying to be more convincing.

  "I'm sorry Yuu please forgive me." He said looking up at him. cuddling into him more.

  "What makes you think I would forgive you this easily?" He questioned. 'His eyes won't fool me again.'

  "You can't stay mad at me forever." Kunimi pouted.

  "Well guess what, I am," Kindaichi grunted.

  'He really is angry...'

"I'm really sorry Yuutarou, I promise I'll give you the same amount of attention and start taking lead more, just please forgive me..." Kunimi said sorrowfully.

'shit how can I say no to that...'

"It's fine Akira only if you promise." He said finally smiling.

"I promise," Kunimi replied smiling along.

Kindaichi grabbed his waist, picked him up and took him back to their bedroom.
