AS MUCH AS THEY all wanted to live their life like nothing is happening, have fun and be a teenager (for those who were teenagers), it was a time when they couldn't do anything that included the word 'fun'.

Oakes and Finn, however, were the complete opposite.
The pair went out for a walk in the early morning in the woods. Finn wanted to talk to his friend as much as possible without being in the house, because, it gave them both the creeps.

"So how is it going with, you know who?" Finn asked, glancing at the muddy ground.

"She doesn't even want to talk to me." Oakes replied, sighing.

"And?"

"I sent her a text yesterday, and she replied quickly and said goodnight. Then I told her that I missed her and that I never cheated."

"Then.. I don't know. I didn't check my phone after."

"You really like her, don't her?" Finn asked thoughtfully.

"Like her? No! I'm in love with her. But since the video, she didn't want to speak with me. Like, at all."

"I don't know what to do, Finn! I really want us back together. I can promise her that I'll try my hardest to be there for her."

Finn gave his friend a small, proud smile.

"Anyway. Enough about me. How is it going with Avery?"

Finn paused for a moment, looking away.

"We broke up."

"What, why?"

"She likes someone else."
The long-haired boy stated simply.

"I'm sorry, man."

"Don't be. I was starting to lose interest anyway. Long distance ruins things."

"Tell me about it."

After a few moments of awkward, uncomfortable silence, Oakes spoke again.
"Do you really think Mal can help us?"

"I know that she can help us. I know what she does, I know she knows a lot about these stuff." He replied.

"At least you know things.." Oakes muttered, looking at a tree as they passed by.

They heard a sudden, familiar sound of birds. The pair had chills running down their spine as they passed by.

To Oakes, the woods was giving him the chills, but he couldn't say that out loud.

Just then, Finn felt his phone vibrate in his back pocket. He took it out immediately, and looked at the screen.

"It's Mal!"

"Guys! Come listen to this." Finn exclaimed as they ran through the door. Oakes frantically closed the door behind them and trailed behind Finn.

"Hey, what's up?"

"Okay, Mal. Can you please repeat what you just said?"

"The Night Stalker came out last night."

"What? On what network?" Timothee asked.

"Here's a thing. I don't know. I was checking this Egyptian website, and it just popped up."

"Okay, did you watch it? How is it?"

"Well, it's rated R. And here's a thing. There's a rape scene, followed by a murder that's very inappropriate to watch. Does that sound familiar?"

"No. I don't remember a rape scene."

"Me neither."

"Okay, and.."

"And what? What else?"

"At the end, when the credits roll, it only shows your names, but nothing else. Like it doesn't say who directed the movie, or who helped produce it.."

"What?" Saoirse questioned, shocked.

"It's just.. Nothing."

"I don't believe it!" Oakes replied, running his hand through his hair.

"I'm going to visit you guys tomorrow, and I'm going to download the movie so you guys can see it yourselves. But let me tell you, this is NOT going to end well."

Oh, how right she was.
