Authors Note: Sorry took so long for an update. I wasn't feeling inspirational. I hope you guys like this chapter and I promise the next one will be longer and better.
I didn't text him in the morning because honestly I forgot. But he didn't, he made a point to call and text me that morning. It was kind of annoying and a huge turn off. There isn't anything I hate more than being woken up out of my sleep early on a Saturday. He didn't even let me get up from my sleep before he started blowing up my phone. So as a nice little fuck you to him I didn't respond to not one text or phone call.
I love Saturday's. Saturday's are my me day's. There isn't a soul found in the house between the hours of ten to five. I can't tell you where my brother goes but my mom she likes to hang out with my aunt and do well I don't know exactly what. I never asked and I don't intend to start now. I don't know if I mentioned this or not but both my older siblings are gone. My sister has her own place and my brother is in college. So on Saturday I have the house to myself. That alone brought a smile to my angry face.
I threw my blanket off of me and jumped out bed smiling from ear to ear. I took my time taking a shower and straightening my hair. I strutted around in nothing but my underwear and bra for half in hour just because I could. But once I heard foot steps I rushed to put on some shorts and a blue T-shirt. My family doesn't respect privacy. A closed door means nothing to them. Pulling on some blue converse I rushed down stairs to eat breakfast before it got cold. My mom always cook breakfast on Saturday. We sat down and ate, with no one saying a word. I didn't realize it until I looked up to see my brother in his phone and my mom looking at the news paper. This was odd very strange. We always talked during breakfast. Either my brother was being annoying, or my mom was telling us about some idiot at work. I stated at both of them just waiting for them to say anything. But the only thing they did was rush to finish eat and left. There was no have a nice day or see you later. Hell they could have helped with the dishes. All I got was a messy kitchen and an empty house.
Oh well I'm not going to let them ruin this day for me. I turned on the radio and started cleaning. I always clean up while listening to music. It makes the time go by faster. There was a commercial on the radio station so I didn't know which station it was on but I soon found out when I heard this whinny, none talking, and none rapping man belching out what I assume were words. I was beyond disgusted and horrified. As quickly as I could I plug my phone up to the radio and selected Rita Ora "I Will Never Let You Down." Now that was music I thought to myself. I started dancing, well my version of dancing. Just as I was spinning around the door bell wrong and I danced my way to the door thinking it was my brother leaving his key again. While unlocking the door and twisting the knob I said," you're always leaving your key. I should make you a key chain so you could keep up with it." But it wasn't my brother that was behind the door. It was Irish.
My mouth hung open before I quickly picked it up and scrunched up my eyebrows and nose in confusion. He was standing there in all his sexy and Irish glory. He had on a tight but not to tight black T-shirt;with low riding blue jeans and black sneakers. I looked back up to see that tummy turning smile. I had to grip on to the door because my knees felt weak. Shaking my head and clearing my throat I said," ummm hi, what are you doing here." His cheeks turned a little red and I almost reached over and pinched them. He looked down and then back up at me and said," I really don't know. You're really the only person that I know and well I was in the neighborhood," I interrupted him and said," you live by me." He laughed and shook his head and said," no what I meant is that I was around and I wanted to know if we could hang out. You know because I want to be your friend, and what friend doesn't hang out with their friend. So if you aren't busy today I would really like for you to show me what you do for fun." I stood there squinting my eyes at him for a minute until I finally let out a breath and said," ok fine just let me grab my jacket, phone, and leave a note for my mom and I'll be right out." He smiled and walked back to his car.
As soon as I closed the door I grabbed my phone and sent Jas a text message on what just happen. I ran and grabbed a jacket out of my closet and quickly scribbled a note to my mom explaining where I am just in case she comes home before me. By the time I was locking up my door and heading to his car Jas texted me back. She texted where are you going, Do you want me to meet you there. I stood on my porch to send her a text message back sure you can meet us at the skating rink. Then I got into the car, buckled up and said," ok I'm ready. I'm going to take you to the skating rink first since that's what I like to do. Oh and by the way my friend is meeting us there. You don't mind do you?" He shook his head and said," no its fine. We're hanging out as just friends."
