Months later and the years almost finished. Only two days until the Christmas holidays and nothing has changed between Draco and me. He's still with Pansy and I'm still mad at them. I walk into charms class and see a free seat next to Patty and he's staring at the ground. I walk over and take the seat next to him. He glances up and gives me slight smile.

"Good to see you again Evie," Patty says sitting up.

"Likewise," I say giving him a big smile. The professor walks in and I try to focus the entire class, but Patty keeps making me laugh.

"Miss Potter and Mr. Higgins stop laughing," Professor says. Patty and I look at each other and start laughing again. I forgot how much I loved hanging out with Patty, he makes me laugh even when I don't want to. Patty and I spend the day together, laughing and smiling non-stop. After dinner, we decide to go up to the astronomy tower to watch the sunset. Our legs dangling off the edge, we watch the beautiful sunset. My head resting on his shoulder, I don't want this moment to end. After a few minutes of sitting there, I could feel him start to giggle.

"What?" I say taking my head off his shoulder and staring him down. He gives me the biggest smile I've ever seen before.

"Sorry, I-" Patty says but I shut him up with a kiss. Best 13 seconds of my life. I pull away and laugh. I get up and start running down the stairs laughing crying.

"Hey! Wait up!" Patty says chasing after me. I'm far ahead but he catches up and spins me around. We catch our breath and start laughing again. He leans in for a kiss and I can't resist. He's so perfect. I love him so much. Wait... I? Love? Patrick Higgins? I can't believe I'm in love with Patty. He pulls away for a second.

"I love you so much," He says leaning back in, but I pull away.

"I love you more," I say, and he sighs in relief. We both lean in and magic happens. He grips my waist with his strong hands. I cup his cheeks with mine. It was perfect until I hear someone walk around the corner, it's Draco.

"Well, well, well, what do we have here?" Draco says stepping closer to us.

"What do you want Malfoy?" Patty says stepping in front of me to protect me. I step in front of Patty and reassure him that nothing's going to happen.

"What do you want Draco?" I say getting annoyed.

"I want you to pick... me or Patty?" Draco demands stepping closer to me.

"What?!" I say backing up until I hit the wall. "I'm not picking between you two" I demand.

"Evie... you're going to have to at some point you know," Patty says with a slight smile. I smile back.

"There isn't a choice anymore," I say tearing up a little. "Draco, you're with Pansy... Patty and I are having such a great time" I say starting to walk away. Draco stops me.

"We broke up," Draco says smiling and I smile a little. I couldn't stop thinking about the amazing time I've had with both of them. My mind was filling with memories from the past year.

"So... who will it be?" Draco says getting cocky. I look over at Patty and he's shaking.

"Okay, okay... I pick..." I say taking a deep breath.
