Donghyuck stared at the door as he waited for Mark to come back. His classes ended a long time ago and he still wasn't back. Donghyuck was nervous and didn't want to think anything bad had happened to the older.

"I'll wait five minutes and if he isn't back, I'll look for him myself." Donghyuck told himself. Not even a minute later, Donghyuck was walking to the door to go find Mark. The door slammed open and Mark appeared. "Mark! I was so worried!"

"I'm okay." Mark chuckled. Donghyuck waited for him to take off his shoes but he never did. "Put on your shoes. We're going somewhere." Donghyuck nodded and followed after Mark.

After what seemed like an hour, they appeared at a beach. It was very isolated and the dock looked worn out. "I used to come here all the time as a kid." Mark said as he sat on the sand. "I remember this one friend would always come with me."

"Who was it?" Donghyuck asked.

"I actually remember that when I was in my first year of high school and he was in his last year of middle school, this was one of the last places we came together." Mark smiled bitterly. "I don't know why, but I remember memories with him. They're bittersweet memories though." Mark sighed.

"What happened?" Donghyuck asked.

"You see right over there," Mark pointed at the dock. "He confessed his feelings for me." Mark chuckled. Donghyuck felt a pain in his chest and head. "I rejected him. I remember saying, 'I would never date you. You're ugly and fat and annoying.' Mean, right?"

"Please stop." Donghyuck choked out as he held his chest in pain. "It hurts."

"I think i ended up ripping up this card he gave me. I also threw our friendship bracelet into the ocean." Mark let out a teary chuckle.

"Mark..." Donghyuck wheezed as he grabbed his head.

"I know, Donghyuck." Mark looked at the boy that was sitting beside him. "This is what remembering feels likes." He then grabbed Donghyuck's shoulders and steadied him. "I'm so sorry!"

"I can't!" Donghyuck cried. "Let go!" Mark shook his head and held Donghyuck in his arms. Donghyuck withered in pain and screamed as he was in Mark's arms.

After ten minutes, Donghyuck ended up passing out. Mark stood up and held Donghyuck bridal style. "I'm sorry for this." Mark kissed Donghyuck's forehead.
