Emily's POV

"Emily wake up!" He us whispering while I'm sleeping.

"Let me sleep five more minutes please "

" Its 3 am and I should go home if we don't want our parents to know that " he says and kisses my forehead

" send me a message when you're home " I say as I open my eyes

" Are you serious? I live at next house sleepy head "

My heart clutches at sleepy head. It may not be " romantic " , but I love it.

" I said what I said " I reply

" we're back to annoying Emily?" He asks

"No we're back at frustrating you" I answer back

" okay " he says and rolls his eyes.

As he leaves the room I start smiling, remembering how he played with my hair while I was sleeping.

I open the phone and I have 50 unread messages and two missed calls from girls.

* I'm home * his text arrives.

* :/ anyway * I reply

* Emily are you going to keep us awake?* 

What?

* Goodnight! *

* I will text you in the morning! Goodnight! I love you!*

I add it to my starred messages and I'm laughing with myself at thought of him.

I open my eyes after snoozing my alarm clock around five times.

I take a shower and then I open the group chat with my girls

*Good morning!!!* I say but no reply, probably they're sleeping.

I'm in a happy mood today, but I feel ashamed of last night.

Should I text him? No, of course not.

* Good morning * I write him after overthinking it a few seconds.

I go downstairs and my mom is preparing the breakfast and dad is at work.

" Good morning! " my moms says

" Good morning "

" You look in such a good mood. Did you sleep well? " she asks

Well, I'm in a good mood...so it's clear that I did sleep well.

" Yes. Can I wake up Kevin?"

"Okay go wake him up while I'm making the breakfast "

" GOOODDDDD MOOORNINGGGGGGG!!! " I scream as soon as I arrived at Kevin's room

"Oh please don't ... " he says and covers his face

" Wake up or you will miss online classes "

" what time is it?"

" Its about 10 am" I lie

" 10 AM????" he says and I laugh by his face expression.

"Emily did you wake him up?" My mom says

"Yes mom I did ." In the most perfect way

" I'm going to kill you " he shouts at me.

" You love me !!!!" I say back and I'm surprised. I don't know but I'm just happy.
