Billie P. O. V.

I was sitting in the cell with 2 other girls, waiting for my turn to use the phone.

I get 1 call and I decided to go ahead and tell her where I was since she was so worried.

"Billie O'Connell?"and officer called me and led my out of the cell and to the phone.

"Billie an couple of officers would like to speak to you after your phone call"He said handing me the phone.

I just rolled my eyes and immediately dialed my mom's number.

"Hello, billie you're calling from jail?!"

"Ya no shit, look can you please get me out of here? I swear I didn't do anything wrong"I said.

"1 min Ms. O'Connell"he said.

"I'm on my way to you, you have a lot of explaining to do, I've already hit up Dan for you"she said.

Omfg.

"Dan?! Mom why would you do that?!-"

"Times up" the phone hung up.

"God damnit"I said underneath my breath.

The guard took me to the office where the officers would be.

He opened the door for me and let me in.

I saw Dan and some other officers.

"Billie, we meet again"Dan said.

"Dan, we meet again"I responded back.

"Have a seat"he said as I sat down.

"Tell us what happened"he said to me.

I explained everything that happened, how I was trying to help Alaïa and Alexis little plan to rant me out.

"Tell the truth billie I know you! Confess up!"Dan said to me.

"Listen here Dan, you don't know me, you don't know shit about me you think you do but you don't! Anyone that knows me knows that i wouldn't have the balls to beat alaia like that!" I said.

"I think she's telling the truth Dan you don't need to go so hard on her"another officer said.

"Yeah same same" said all the other officers.

"No no I'm gonna pull the truth out of you one way or another!"he said.

"I'm telling the truth!"I yelled.

"You're mom is almost here"the officer from out side the room said letting me know.

"Look Daniel let's face it, you just want to charge me with adult charges"I said.

"I most definitely can you're damn near legal, you're birthday ISNT that far away"he said.

I just shook my head.

The officer let my mom in the room.

"Billie omg are you okay??" She came hugging me and kissing me alll on my head.

"I'm fine, you're friend Dan here is considering pressing me w adult charges, so that means I could go to jail for something I didn't do"I explained to my mom.

"Wait what- Dan you don't believe Billie?"she said.

"Here's a video that witness from a school fight she was in during Halloween? She was beating the girl head into the lockers. the same girl that called the cops on her today"he shows my mom the video.

Damnit I forgot that even happened.

"What the hell that was during Halloween?! It's November now!"I said.

"Like I said billie, I can charge with adult charges"he said.

"Technically you can't charge her with anything, if anything those incidents were self defense"my mom said.

"Self defense to a entire different level!"he said.

"She's still a minor Dan!"my mom yelled.

"But that doesn't excuse her actions"he said.

"True, but she's still not 17! She's not 18 yet! Just because her birthdays around the corner doesn't mean anything"my mom said.

"Billie needs to be taught her lesson! She needs discipline! And clearly you and Patrick aren't doing that"He said.

"And that isn't your lesson to teach it's mine!"she said.

"I'll let her go but this case still has to still be resolved" he said.

"Alexis is the girl that called the cops right?"he asked.

I shook my head.

"Well if you and Alaïa's stories maatch and if their true she can do some serious jail time."Dan explained.

"Go home you too"he said.

"Thank you so much"my mom said.

We both walk out the doors.

For fuck sake.

If this isn't the worse day of my life.

Alaïa's P. O. V.

I woke up in a hospital bed, the last thing I remembered is the police arresting billie.

"Ouch" I said in pain touching my head.

"Alaia you're woke!"my mom came over hugging me.

And I was pretty happy to see her but then in my head again I'm furious with her.

"M- Mom what are you doing here,where have you been these past months!"I said.

"Shhh shhh I'm here now"she said patting my head.

I pushed her off of me. "But why are you here now, why now all this time you could've been here, and not just for me but for ky'yl"I said.

"Well I am your mother, the hospital called my phone number and told me that you were injured"my mom said.

"Where's my grandmother?" I asked.

"She's down the hall talking with doctors, they should be here in a bit"she said.

My mom sat in the chair besides me. It was quiet for a bit. Thoughts were rushing through my brain.

"Where's my phone?"I asked.

My mom got up and went to a closet in the room and got me a bin that had everything I was wearing Inside.

I sniffled, the tubes in my nose hurts.

My mom dug through the bin handed me my phone.

I powered it on and my phone was flooded w calls and messages from billie.
