TW- blood, Mentions of self harm, death

The sink seemed to always be covered in blood
I knew everything was gone
As Memories hit me worse than the waves during the tragic flood
For life decided to take me from a brave knight to  frightened pawn

The world was only black and white
No gray
The rubbles of my queen were always in sight...
Time was ticking for me to stay

Death was creeping from every side
And life was slowly fading from me
But even I knew it was useless to hide
My soul will be forever unfree

Everyone will see a chair empty for the rest of time
The chair of where I used to sit
From the clock that will never chime
I though this is checkmate isn't it?
