Dreams of a Strange Dreamer

The clock striking two
Their eyes watching me from the
Deep
Deep
Deep
dark blue

Watching, Watching over me
"Please oh please! My door! My door!"
"Please step away from my old door!"

Fear, oh the fear
Their looking at me
"Go! Leave! Let me be free!"
"You! The one I see, go! Please!"
"I wish to see you no more!"
But there standing unmoving,
What happened distinctively before?
How aren't you there anymore?

Every night
The dusk moon rising
To dawn, you seem to be gone
Maybe my poor eyes were tired, maybe you were right?
But I saw someone there, I'm sure of it,
I swore.

I find myself stuck in bed
It's wind
Not my head

I hear every noise
The sleeve of the bread
My eyes they are sore
I close the curtains
Pull the blanket
Yet I wasn't awake
I'm asleep,
a strange dreamer
