Marcel

"Promise isn't here so why are they here?" I asked London. She decided it would be a good idea to come and tell me that Promise's friends were outside looking for her.

"I guess they just wanted to check all options."

"Well send them home she isn't here."

"Marcel don't you care that our daughter is missing? It's one thing for us to not have that much contact but if her friends are looking for her too something must have happened."

"She's a grown woman London what do you want me to do?"

"Act like you care for once."

"For once? I love my daughter and you know that, but I am not about to treat her like a child."

"You mean like we do Cherish? They're sisters Marcel."

"I know that, what do you want me to do? You know what the situation with Cherish is. She's not well in the head."

"Yes I know, you know and Cherish knows. The only person who doesn't is Promise. She thinks we don't care about her Marcel and I don't understand how you feel but it makes me feel like a bad parent. I know Cherish has some issues but we neglect Promise."

"No we don't."

"Yes we do. When is the last time you've seen her salon. The last time we've been apart of anything she's doing?"

"She doesn't tell us to come."

"That's because she doesn't think we care. I don't know about you but I am going to help to find my daughter. You can act all upset with her if you want to." Shaking my head I sat back in my chair staring at my wife.

She made a really great point but what was I supposed to do? Promise is who she is because of us. She's smart, gorgeous, successful, she's careful with the people she's around and she's never been in serious trouble. All the things you could want for your child to be, she is. That's because we weren't as hands on with her like we were with Cherish.

Cherish isn't stupid, she's a smart girl; she's beautiful she's just spoiled completely. We let her get away with so much in her life that she doesn't care about anything. If it wasn't for me paying her teachers to pass her she wouldn't have a high school diploma. It's always been easier for her just because of the way she is and the way her mind works. She's not a well woman and she knows it. The worst part is instead of trying to get herself together she uses it against other people. I don't know what I can do about that.

"Fine, I'll get some of my people to look for her." I told London after I broke away from my thoughts.

"Great, I'll go tell them." Just as she was walking towards the door we heard a crash followed by a scream.

"What the hell is that?"

"I don't know," Getting up out of my chair I rushed out of my office behind her. We both went downstairs and followed the voices into the hallway.

"WHAT THE FUCK IS GOING?!" My voice echoed against the walls. They all looked up at me shocked.

"Oh my God what happened?!" London screamed looking down at Miracle was on the floor holding the side of her face as blood poured out. As much as I didn't want to believe it I know who was responsible. Cherish is the only one who would do some shit like this.

Before I could open my mouth to say something to her my eyes landed on them. "What the fuck is going on here?"

"Marcel call 911 she's losing a lot of blood." London screamed at me by my eyes never broke away from the two fools in my house.
