Hello!
Welcome to 'neighbour', thank you so much for taking your chances on this book, I know that the first impression is always the most important when it comes to starting a new book and capturing the audience so I won't blabber on too much. I just want to address some important things before we begin.

Firstly

This book is set in 2024, so all of the characters are older and I've pretty much eliminated Covid-19 because no one wants to read about that depressing virus :) Anyway, in saying that, just because Tommy, Tubbo and Ranboo are now technically adults doesn't change anything, I will still be treating them as minors.

Secondly
There may be some parts in this book that are triggering, I've trigger warned the parts that I feel are the most important by warning you guys, including markers so you guys can skip and a very brief summary to catch you up on what you missed. If there is anything else throughout the story that makes you uncomfortable, please tell me (whether that's through the comments or Dm's) so that I can make the necessary adjustments. I just want all of you guys to be safe <3

Thirdly
I also just wanted to mention that this is an x OC and not an x reader, I don't mind you guys treating it as one but please don't complain about outfits or images used throughout the story. You can change the images or appearance of Finnley as much as you want in your heads :)
