It was just another ordinary day at dreams castle. My dad had basically sold me to him to keep the peace of our two kingdoms. I hated my dad with a burning passions, he never allowed me to do shit when I was at home. My mum and I always spent most of our time together and I missed her very dearly
So I was stuck with dream. At first I was planning on running away, but soon I became friends with a few people and decided to stay for their sake and not dreams. This "king" was so cold towards me and I hadn't done shit to him. The second I stepped foot into his castle, I stayed quiet. I hardly talked to the man. We didn't have any contact or anything. We even slept in different rooms for gods sake!
It was 8:32am and I had just woken up. Why am I up so early? I have no clue. I went out into my balcony and threw my legs over the stone hedge, taking a seat on the flat bit. It was pretty thick, so I wasn't going to fall or anything. I looked out into the land in front of me, it was very peaceful at this hour. The birds flying around, the sun just peeking over the mountains
I usually didn't speak much unless it was to someone else, so my voice was rather quiet. I was rather quiet. While enjoying my moment of peace, I heard someone clear their throat which scared the actual daylights out of me. I jumped in my seat and turned around to see the masked man leaning up against the door
Dream: didn't expect to see you up Y/n: well good morning Dream: morning, just wanted to let you know that there's a party at the castle tonight and that you need to be ready by 4 Y/n: oh alright Dream: which also means- Y/n: that we need to pretend to love each other, I know. Dream: I- Y/n: sorry, I didn't mean for it come off so harsh Dream: it's fine but um breakfast is going to be ready soon. Would you like to go down together? Y/n: s-sure
I hopped off the hedge and followed dream out the door towards the dining hall
Y/n: who all is coming to the party? Dream: just some close friends, that's all Y/n: oh okay
We walked in silence towards the dining room. When we got there, I sat in my usual spot. On the right of him. The food was served to us and if I was being honest, I really wasn't that hungry. Breakfast today was pancakes, yoghurt and fruit, tea and orange juice. I slowly picked up my fork and knife before cutting into the pancakes. As usual, it was dead quiet. We stayed in a good silence for about an hour and a half
Tommy: uh excuse me Dream: yes Tommy? Tommy: w-we were wondering if after you guys eat, if um we could steal y/n for a bit Dream: for? Tubbo: w-well to just hang out, but we will bring her back in time to get ready for the party
