Niki was basically forcing me to go to a party with her tonight. They only reason I was going was because she promised that we could do karaoke together, so that's great. The party was just a bunch of high school students, so that's just awesome

I hardly went out of my house, but when I did, Niki was usually with me

Niki: are you excitedd?
Y/n: sure
Niki: hey you look stressed, what's up?
Y/n: well uh Nate said he was going somewhere and I haven't heard from him in a while
Niki: omg! Again with you worrying about Nate! Y/n, you really need to break up with him! He's toxic! You deserve so much better
Y/n: yeah, yeah
Niki: I will personally break up with him for you
Y/n: oh look! We're here

Niki and I got out of her car and went into the big ass house it was at. When we entered, it reeked. It was a mix of alcohol and cigarettes. It's not like I'm gonna have anything because Niki and I had already eaten before this

Niki: y/n over here!

I followed niki towards a group of very familiar faces

Clay: hey!
Nick: holy shit! Is that- is that y/n?
Will: she finally comes to hang out with us!
Y/n: fuck off. Niki forced me to come
George: of course she did

...

We had been here for around an hour now, just chatting and having fun. People had done karaoke which was also very fun to watch. While we were chatting, out of the corner of my eye I saw Nate and Vanessa talking. So Nate was at a party and he didn't even bother to fucking tell me?

Niki: is that who I think it is?
Y/n: mhm
Niki: this motherfucker

Niki went to get up but I pulled her back down and shook my head at her

Will: you're still with that dickhead?
Y/n: yeah
Clay: might as well name him Jared
Will: yep. We all hate Jared
Y/n: oh I know

Soon Vanessa and Nate walked towards us and I felt my blood start to boil

Nate: y/n? What are you doing here
Y/n: having fun
Nate: but you hate parties
Y/n: well here I am
Vanessa: babe cmon, let's go take some pictures
Niki: babe?!
Vanessa: um yes?
Nick: what...the...fuck
Clay: Nate anything you want to tell y/n? Your girlfriend
Vanessa: haha do you actually think your pathetic self is good enough for him?
Y/n: and you are?
Nate: shes better than you are
Niki: DO YOU WANT TO REPEAT THAT?
Nate: Vanessa is better than y/n
Y/n: *laugh* alright
Nate: can't believe you actually thought I loved you, let alone liked you
Clay: okay you need to get out of here
