Sunghoon POV

I pulled Y/n into me and felt her lights breaths go down the collar of my shirt. I placed kisses on her hair and felt so calm. She has the effect on me, she really does.

"are you warm?" I ask her.
"mhmm. I'm perfect. Thank you for such an amazing day hoonie!"
"I'm glad you enjoyed it beautiful... I hope we can do this more often."

I felt her breath hitch and then she slowly breathed out and looked up at me with her beautiful sparkling eyes.

"if you really want this to happen more often then it can... But I want to ask one question first." I look down at her in confusion.
"I- I'm listening..." I say with a shaking voice afraid of her reply.
"will you Park Sunghoon be my b-boyfriend....?"

Ah dang!! I wanted to ask her...

"im sorry y/n-"
"wait what? You said you'd wait for me. I'm ready.... Why are you saying no?"
"oi I never said no! You never let me finish..."
"oh... Sorry."

I take a deep breath in and smile.

"Han Y/n, I promised you I would wait, and now you have shown me you're ready. So this entire night I was building up the courage to ask you to be my girlfriend but clearly you've beat me to it. I'm sorry to do this but I will decline your offer as I want to ask you. "
" I- Park Sunghoon do you have to be so dramat-"
" Shhhh! Han Y/n, will you be my girlfriend? "
" well of course you dumbass! "

Y/n rolls on top of me and buries her face into my neck and I can feel her giggling. I hold onto her tightly and smile away to myself.

"I can't believe you interfered with my amazing plan!"
"hey you still got it done didn't you?"
"I mean yes.... But i-"
"so shush. I'm your girlfriend now so that's what matters." She snuggles into me.

Y/n POV

I can't believe he asked me out. I was proud of myself for doing it but noo he had to reject me so he could ask me. I won't lie, it was adorable...

I slowly drift off to sleep with a smile on my face as Sunghoon plays with my hair and talks about all the things he's gonna do with me as his girlfriend.

wattshit hasn't been working for me the past few weeks and I've had to rewrite this chptr over 5 times...
I have writers block rn so that's my explanation for the terribly disappointing short chptr.
also school has me drained... People have me wanting to kill someone and my mental health is so fkd rn...
