Every year, Penny takes 9 weeks out of her summer, travelling from her cosy home in England to the USA, to enlist as a camp counsellor.
Her days consist of kids, kids and you guessed it... more kids!
But when a new counsellor, Harry Styles, joins...
The counsellors couldn't help but feel guilty after last nights events. Although Meg wasn't that angry, they still felt as though they'd let her down.
"Do you think she's really pissed or just a tiny bit pissed?" Laura asked everyone.
They were all sat on their beds. Taking a moment to relax.
"It's hard to tell with Meg. Sometimes her emotions are written all over her face but other times she's stone. If she was that mad she would've had us cleaning the toilets or something!" Becca laughed.
"That was one time! And never again I tell you!" Di chirped back.
Laura and Vic looked at Di confused.
"Long story. I'll tell you later." Di chuckled at their reactions.
"I bet the boys don't feel as guilty as us." Ellie announced.
"Probably not. They're shameless. Well Blake and Ryan are. Don't know about Harry. Although by last nights events I don't think he's far behind them." Di looked over at Penny.
"For the last time, it was just friendly!" Penny threw her arms up in the air.
"Didn't look very friendly to me, besides you've been eyeing each other up since you got here!"
"Listen to this one! It's not like we don't see how you look at Ryan. And Bec with Blake." Penny shot back.
"Yes but that's different." Di replied.
"How?"
"Because... because... okay no it's not different. But it's just nice to see you fawning after someone that's all."
Penny felt a little guilty bringing up what was happening with Ryan and Di. She was just getting frustrated that they kept bringing it up.
"If I say that I like him will you lot shut up?" Penny asked.
Everyone beamed and nodded enthusiastically. Waiting for her to admit it.
Penny suddenly felt really shy. All eyes eye eye on her and it was really intimidating.
She slowly nodded. The girls all clapped and cheered even though this wasn't news to them.
"The truth will set you free Penn." Cami winked.
"Yeah yeah." Penny waved them off, trying to hold back her smile.
....
This was their last day of freedom before the kids started arriving tomorrow.
Di and Ellie were all laying out on the sun loungers. Watching everyone mess around across the lake.
Laura, Vic and Cami were making full use of the inflatables that were set up. Their screams and yells could be heard for miles.
