How to Move Forward

DO NOT COMPARE

Did you reach the point in your life that you are comparing yourself with other people? Your body, your face, your abilities, and even your blessings. We cannot avoid comparing our self from other people sometimes, but we need to stop this attitude. Comparing cannot help ourselves in moving forward. Instead of focusing to others, we must focus our mind to the steps that we need to take next. We cannot move forward if we will always compare ourselves to others.

We're all unique in the eyes of God. We also have different talents that anyone cannot do. He made us to be unique. It is not possible that you do not have any talents or skills. He gave us different talents, skills and knowledge to share with other people. If we compare ourselves to other people, there are two feelings that we may possibly feel, we may be happy because we beat them or we may be sad because they beaten us.

You may not know the blessings that you got, the talents that you have, the skills that you need to develop if you are just comparing yourself to others. The things that you have and cannot see to other people. They may be reached already the top of the mountain, but we didn't know what are they struggled before they reached their dreams in life. We have different timelines. It may take a long time, but I always think that all things that are hard to get are always worth it. The long it take, the strong it be.

When it comes to love life, we also avoid comparing ourselves with other people. If you are single for a long time, you must know how to wait. Love is everywhere, or maybe the love for you is just starting to build itself to make it stronger before to give it to you. Not all the people who are in relationship are happy. Not all the couples that you saw in social media are happy. For now, while you are single, it's better to develop yourself, focus on yourself, and let yourself to grow. Don't compare your love life to the love life of other people. The right person will come into your life, in the time that you really need it. It is also better if you close yourself to Him because He is the one who will brings you to the right person. You are not when you are waiting. Wait with God.

Waiting is a serious matter, because sometimes while we are waiting, we cannot avoid to compare ourselves to others. But I hope, while you are waiting, you will enjoy the process of growing. One day will come that all the seeds that you have planted will bloom and grow in the right time. Be patient with yourself.
