When we were young, they always say to us the significance if having exercise in our everyday life, that we need to use our body and move. As time passes by, we're forgetting to implement exercise in life, therefore we have a Physical Education curriculum in our school.
Before, I really did not care about doing exercise daily because my body is not fat, and I rarely get sick. When my friends always encourage me to do workout, I always say no because I don't want to do it at all.
When the community lockdown comes out because of the wide spreading of Covid-19 virus, I've realized that I need to take care of my body. You don't know when you will get infected by the virus or where the virus is. The virus can affect anyone of us. I had no choice. Therefore, I make some actions
I researched at YouTube and Google about what are the benefits of exercise and what exercise I can do since I don't have any equipment to use. I found out that doing a workout can help you to sleep at night quickly. Moreover, it can produce to our body a happy hormones. When I found out those benefits, I pushed myself daily to have some workout for at least one hour a day, not just to stay slim and healthy but also to gain abs.
Eighty percent proper nutrition, and twenty percent balance diet are the things that makes our body work efficiently. Physical activities are not just good for your physical health, but also to your mental, spiritual, and emotional health. The connection of this topic in moving forward is simply because, if you're making right actions, it will help you to grow, and if you make it as your habit, you will become successful. If you can maintain to yourself of doing a right actions, you also help yourself to move forward. You shouldn't wait for the blessings in the sky. If you want to attain amelioration in your life, start to change your wrong doings. Try to adjust and invest to yourself. Focus on yourself and also on your goals if you want to be successful in your life, but you must also need to make actions to accomplish your goals. Don't hesitate to make right actions because right actions will lead you into a good condition. There's no impossible to the person who dreams. Lay out yourself and everything will be workout.
There is also one thing that we need to workout in our life, and that is our mind. We have to train our mind just like our body daily. If we use to have a daily workout of our body, after several weeks or months, we can see the results because of having a consistent action. It is also like our mind. You have to put on your mind all the positive thoughts and eliminate all your negative thoughts. It is not easy at first, just like training your body, but if you are dedicated to change your life completely, you have to set up a good mindset. Every day you have to imagine or to put up in your mind your goals in life, your dreams, or your finish line that you want to attain in life. Always focus your vision like a camera lenses in you smart goals and blurry all your negative thoughts until it's gone.
It may not easy to workout everything. It may cause you pain. A lot of things need to be burn out so don't stop and be consistent with what you are doing. Have a constant and never ending improvement. There's always a room for us to improve our body, our lifestyle, and ourselves. It may take a weeks, a months, or a years, but I believe that one day will come, all things that you workout will be work out.
