Y/n POV

I ran as soon as I was out of her grip. I ran straight out of the woods, branches harshly hitting and cutting my soft skin.

I'm not going to be someone else's pet. Not again. I chanted in my head as I ran.

Natasha's POV

"Damn it." I panted.

"Come on." Fury said and started running after her. We ran out of the woods and into the street but there was no sign or her or where she went.

"Where'd she go?" Fury asked Hill.

"I didn't see her." Hill responded with urgency.

I took a quick glance over our surroundings and saw a woman running down the street. "I got her." I said before taking off after her. After a few minutes, I caught up to her trailing only a few feet behind.

I forced myself to run faster and I slammed into her bringing us both rolling down a hill. When we stopped rolling I was on top of her. I had my hands pinning down her wrists and my legs on either side of her trapping her in.

I couldn't help but get trapped in her y/e/c eyes. She smirked up at me and said, "Kinky."

I forced myself not to smile. I kept my position even after Fury and Hill caught up with us. I told myself it was so that she wouldn't get away again but I think deep down I knew that wasn't it.

"Good job, Natasha." Fury said and pulled out handcuffs for me to take.

"You gonna be good and stay still while I cuff you?" I whispered softly so that only she could hear me. Her face turned a bit pink before she slightly moved her head up.

I smirked, sat up right while still on her and grabbed the cuffs from Fury. She didn't move or try to escape she just put her hands together so that I could put on the cuffs. I stood up and pulled her up by the arms as she stumbled to her feet.

Fury looked at me a bit confused but didn't say anything. I dragged her along to the Quinjet with a tight grip so she wouldn't go anywhere. Once we were on the Quinjet we all sat in silence as it took us back to base in New York.

When we arrived I regained my grip on y/n once again making sure she didn't go anywhere other than where we wanted her.

Fury had me put her in one of the few containment cells we had. The cells weren't fancy like usual, they were like regular prisons.

"Nice upgrade." she said sarcastically. It was the first thing she'd said in hours.

"It suits you." I said and walked away I could hear her soft chuckle as I left the room. "So, you gonna tell me why you need her now?" I asked Fury.

"I don't." he said simply.

"Then why did we just go through all that to get her?" I asked.

"Because someone asked me to. Besides, I want her to become one of my agents." he said.

"Who asked you to?" I asked.

"Her sister." he said.

"Well, what if she doesn't want to be an agent?" I asked.

"Too bad." he said and walked out of the room.

This is going to end very badly. I thought.

The Next Day...

Y/n POV

"London Bridge is falling down, falling down. London Bridge is falling down, my fair lady." I sang as I played with the holes in my jeans.

"Lullabies are gonna help you sleep better." Natasha said when she walked into the room.

I didn't reply directly to her, instead I sang something else. "You are my sunshine my only sunshine. You make me happy when skies are grey. You never know dear how much I love you. Please don't take my sunshine away..."

"What are you doing?" she asked.

I continued to sing, "The other day dear, when I was sleeping. I dreamt I held you in my arms. When I awoke dear, I was mistaken. So I held my head and I cried."

She waited until she figured I was done then asked, "Where'd you hear that?"

"My mother. She used to sing it to me when I was a kid." I said.

"It's a beautiful song." she said.

"Unlike her. She was ugly inside and out." I said and laughed at the memory.

"Why do you say that?" Natasha asked but before she could hear my answer Fury burst through the door.

"Agent Romanoff, what are you doing in here?" he asked as he unlocked my cage.

"We were just talking." she assured him. He walked over to me and cuffed my wrists before pulling me to my feet.

"Come on." he instructed us both. We walked through the small base that they had and into a small meeting room that had a big box Tv in the corner.

"What are we gonna watch cartoons?" I asked sarcastically.

"No, I don't think you're gonna like this movie," said a tall blonde lady when she walked in. I'm pretty sure you could see my surprise plastered on my face but I couldn't tell. "Hey, y/n."

"No, no I must be hallucinating," I said and laughed. "This-this is funny. Good one."

"You're not seeing things, y/n." Fury assured me.

My laughter died as did the fake smile it brought. My face was probably a pale white. My worst fear was coming true.

"It's good to see you again," said the lady and sat down in a chair in front of me. I didn't look at her or Fury. Instead my eyes landed on a certain red-head sitting in the corner by the Tv.

I don't know why I looked at her, but a feeling of desperation filled me. I guess in hope that she would end the nightmare that was before me. I think she sensed it because she gave me a looked that indicated that she didn't even know what was going on. And that scared me even more.

I looked at the woman in front of me. Her pale blue eyes burning into my soul as she started to talk, "I've been looking for you." she said.

"Why?" I asked my voice strained as I force myself to stop talking even though there was more I wanted to say.

"Because you're my sister-"

"No." I cut her off.

"What?" she asked.

"You're not my sister. You left me." I spat.

"I know but I did what was best for you." she said.

"And I became Doctor Poison. Oh, how disappointed you must be."

"I'm not disappointed. I'm a little upset you chose that path but at least you know how to fight for yourself."

"Have you ever been poisoned?" I asked.

"No." she said.

"I have," I said. "On multiple occasions, in multiple different ways. See poison comes in a physical state and a mental state."

"Where are you going with this?" Fury asked.

"For some people, the physical world causing more pain than the mental or emotional world. In reality, it all hurts the same..." I started.

"You just have to find the right spot," she finished. "Mom said that."

"Right before she stuck a needle in my head."
