"Seriously? What's going on here? Why do you guys have me in a isolation tube? Better question, how did I even get here?" I rambled.
"I don't think it's Poison anymore." Tony said.
"What? Poison? Why-oh no." I said when I realized what must have happened. "What's today's date?" I asked.
"October 8th. Three weeks after you were abducted.
"So what you're saying is that I've been Kint's puppet again for three weeks?" I asked.
"Well, about two and a half because Natasha got you back a few days ago and we've been isolating you so you could get your mind back." Tony explained.
"Natasha? Where is she? Is she okay?" I worried.
"She's fine, we had to force her to go home and get some sleep." Steve said.
"Thank God," I sighed in relief. "Can I come out of the tube now?" I asked.
"Oh, yeah hold on." Steve said and opened the door. I tumbled out desperate to get out, after having so many bad things happen to me in small spaces, specifically isolation tubes, I've grown very claustrophobic.
"You okay there?" Tony asked.
"I'm claustrophobic." I said.
"You don't look it." Fury said.
"I don't like showing my emotions. It's weird." I said.
"A claustrophobic robot? Natasha has some weird taste." Tony said.
"What?" I asked not entirely hearing what he said.
"Nothing." he replied.
"Okay. Am I good to go? I need to see Natasha." I asked making sure that I wouldn't be of harm to anyone if I left.
"You should be fine." Tony said.
"Good." I said and quickly walked away. Without Natasha, if I wasn't trying to intimidate someone, I was a socially awkward mess. I practically ran to Natasha's apartment and when I got there I banged on the door because I didn't have a key.
"I'm coming!" I heard Natasha yell tiredly. Faint footsteps grew louder and louder as she reached the door. When she opened it her face went pale from surprise and disbelief.
"Hi." I said. She answered by jumping into my arms, wrapping her legs around my waist and holding me as tight as she could as she let a few tears drop out of her eyes. "I'm so glad you're okay." I said letting out a few tears of my own.
She loosened her grip around my neck and held my face in her hands. She just looked at me with her bright forest green eyes and I smiled.
"Don't ever do that to me again." she said which made me chuckle and I went to add a sly comment but she pulled me into a kiss. Her tongue dancing around mine as our lips moved in sync.
Slowly we pulled away resting our foreheads together. "I've missed you, my bunny." Natasha whispered.
"I haven't been gone that long." I chuckled.
"It was too long for me." she said and kissed me again, this time it wasn't a new feeling but passionate and full of emotions.
"I think we should take this inside." I said when we pulled away.
"You got me or do you want me to let go?" she asked smirking because either way she wasn't getting down.
"I'm good." I said and I walked into the apartment, she slammed the door behind me and I locked it before walking into her room and laying us on the bed..
"Something about this position is off." Natasha said.
"Which part?" I asked.
"You being on top." she said and flipped us over.
"Lucky for you I like this way better anyway." I said matter-of-factly. We didn't talk much that night just smiling and looking into each other's eyes. It was enough. It was all I needed to feel happy. She was all I needed. And if this was another dream then I never wanted to wake up.
Everything was perfect. Until, I remembered that Dr. King knew where we lived. I started to worry but I didn't say anything to Natasha because I didn't want to ruin anything. But I can never hide anything from her.
"What's wrong?" she asked positioning herself so she was on top of me again.
"We can talk about it tomorrow." I said.
"Nuh uh, you're gonna keep worrying about it so talk." she said.
I poised myself on my elbows to help me sit up. I sat up and wrapped my arms around her waist. "Kint still knows where we are. What's to stop him from coming back? He won't listen to me again and he might hurt you." I explained.
"So we go somewhere else until we take him down. You don't have to worry about me." Natasha assured me.
"That doesn't mean I'm not going to. After all I can handle myself yet you still worry about me." I said.
"I have reason to worry." she said.
"And what's that supposed to mean?" I asked.
"Nothing." Natasha said and tried getting off of me but I grabbed her wrist and pulled her back.
"Nuh uh, now you talk." I said.
"Bunny?" she asked.
"Hmm." I hummed.
"You do know I'm stronger than you right?" she asked.
"Is that so?" I asked and tackled her back onto the bed. "Now why would you say that?"
"I guess I'm smarter too because if I make the right move I can have you on the floor." she smirked. I looked at my position and realized her knee was against my stomach.
"Fair point." I said and back away.
"Now, you stop worrying and let's get some sleep." Natasha said and laid next to me.
"What it I don't wanna sleep?" I annoyed her.
"Then I'll make you, now, come here." she said and pulled me closer to her so I could cuddle her. We talked a little more and she played with my hair as I drifted off to sleep.
