CHAPTER NINETEEN.
"I KNOW WE kind of went through a traumatic event but...do you mind if I get a ride," Evee asked as she walked over to the one other person who was still at the school: Allison. After her long awaited yet horrible talk with Stiles, her only thought was to got to her home─not Lydia's.
Allison cracked the only smile she had had in the recent hours,"Yeah, sure...but do you mind me asking why your sister's not picking you up?"
"Honestly? I have no clue but...I guess that's what she does."
"'What she does,'"Allison had questioned the girls words, realization of how little her family circle really was.
"Yeah she...," staring off to the dark street, Evee had soon realized how the pavement was identical to the pavement in her vision before getting stuck in the school. Then the Sharp girl finally put the pieces together─the people arguing was her and Stiles...she had got a vision of the future. Clearing her throat, Evee immediately changes the topics more sadden tone,"She's not a good driver in the night."
Allison nods as Evee took notice of the few teardrops on her eyes, that seemed to be newer. Taking a step closer to her, Evee commented,"Alli, did something else happen? I mean, I get it, if the tears were because you remembered seeing the alpha...but─"
"No, yeah," Allison sniffles as she brushed the tears off her cheek,"I just...me and Scott are kind of taking a break now."
"You broke up?"
Allison slowly nodded as the Sharp girl pulls Allison into a hug, the Argent girl slowly hugging her back. While hugging, Evee mumbled,"I'm sorry for everything with tonight."
As the two pulled away from their hug, Allison sniffles once more, questioning her,"Why? You didn't do anything bad."
"Maybe," Evee mumbled, thinking back to her recent talk with Stiles. A few seconds later and Allison's dad had pulled up to the two, Allison's aunt (Kate), as well, sitting in the car. After asking if it was okay, and getting a nod from her father, and Kate's skeptic glances went over to Evee, Allison had signaled her over to the car door.
Being how she had talked to Allison's dad at conference night, Evee simply fiddled with her rings, looking through the window, hoping the car ride to be silent. It almost was, but Kate's interest, had got the best of her, and she started her first question,"Evee...right," The Sharp girl nodded as Kate turned her body over to her,"You know, you look really familiar...you ever heard of the name Damien?"
