TEEN WOLF S1 E3 'PACK MENTALITY'
CHAPTER NINE.
"PULL OVER," EVEE demanded as she glared at the strawberry blonde who sat in the drivers seat. All Lydia did was sigh as she continued driving, not even daring to look back to Evee─who had one of the most annoyed faces, someone could have. The Sharp girl continued, determined to dip this bowling date without making Lydia pissed,"I'm serious, Lydia. I don't want to be a third wheel to a bowling date. I mean, I would've willingly come if we were going to an amusement park, or something. But you're not going there...fortunately."
"Then don't." Lydia replied, as if Evee's problem was easier then what it seemed.
The Sharp girl scrunched her eyebrows while giving the girl a bemused expression,"Huh?"
Lydia sighed as she looked between Allison and Evee, as if her statement was obvious. She then pointed over to her phone and began,"Get your phone and call your date: Stiles."
Evee laughed at Lydia's "joke" only to realize no one in the car was joking─Lydia was serious,"He's not my date─wait why would you think I would ask Stiles to this bowling date?"
Allison and Lydia looked over to Evee and back to each other, as if her statement was crystal clear. Once they were at a red light, Lydia had turned her head over to Evee,"It's obvious you and Stiles have...chemistry."
"Great, to know. But, we're not getting ready to be the leads in the next Romeo and Juliet play, in town."
Lydia sighs as she realized that Evee was really not getting her point. Or, she didn't want to get Lydia's point,"I mean─you guys just seem more than friends."
Evee glances over to Allison as if signaling her to give her opinion. Evee thought Allison would be on her side, bull instead the Argent girl nodded and added,"Lydia's not exactly wrong."
"Well no need to overthink: me and Stiles are just friends."
"Do you want it to be more?" Allison asked, glancing back over to the girl. She couldn't give Allison an answer before her phone began buzzing: it was text messages from Gemma.

where are you?
there's a curfew, remember?
Evee had mix emotions about that message. One part of her, was glad she now had a good reason to leave. But, the other part of her knew that this might lead to one thing: confrontation. Evee didn't exactly hate it, but it all had to do with the circumstance. And, for the circumstance she was currently in...the question that kept teasing her had to be whether the truth was always worth it. Sometimes, lies are better than knowing the true story.
