Chapter 7: [Hideo/Naomi]

HIDEO

I'm beyond happy right now because I'm with my wife and daughter now. I thought it wouldn't happen ever,but here it is. Masaya ako kahit na hindi pumayag ang mga Elders na sa loob ng campus tumira sila Akemi at ang anak ko. Noong una nagalit pa ako pero tama si Akemi na kapag nalaman ng kapatid nya na nasa campus sila ulit baka magkaroon nanaman ng madugong labanan.

For now, Michiko let Akemi to stay to her cabin with Rainie. Sometimes I'll bring Rainie inside the campus because she's still longing for Naomi. Alam ko naman na si Naomi talaga ang kinilala nyang nanay kaya mahihirapan pa talaga syang maintindihan na si Akemi ang totoo nyang ina. And isa pa she's just 3 years old kaya naiintindihan namin.

May biglang yumakap mula sa likod ko.

"Ang lalim ng iniisip mo ah." Paglingon ko nakita ko si Akemi.

Niyakap ko rin sya at bumuntong hininga ako ng malalim.

"Iniisip ko lang kung kailan kayo papayagan ng Elders para kasama ko na kayong tumira sa Teacher's Village."

"Naiintindahan ko naman sila,Hideo. Tatlong taon palang ang nakakalipas simula nung war kaya medyo mainit pa kami kila Rin at panigurado na hahanapin parin nila kami." Paliwanag nya.

I kissed the top of her head and hugged her more tightly.

"Nasaan nga pala si Rainie?" Tanong ko pagkahiwalay ko sa pagkakayakap.

"Kinuha ni Akira at Naomi para daw makipag laro kila Hiro." She answered.

"Ehh ikaw,bakit nandito ka sa Latens forest?" She also asked.

"Training." Simple kong sagot.

"Okay. Well I can be your training buddy." She offered then she widraw her cards and throw it towards me.

I also widraw my sword and before her cards reached me I slashed my sword so that the card changed its direction.

I smirked at her when her cards didn't reached me. But my smirk replaced by a flinch when I felt the blood on my cheek. Nadaplisan pala ako ng isa sa mga card ni Akemi.

"You're now getting slower Hideo!" She shouts from her position not too far from me.

"No I'm not. Naisahan mo lang talaga ako." Sigaw ko pabalik.

We continued attacking each other. Sometimes short range fight, sometimes long range.

I got a chance. Akemi didn't notice that I'm behind her. I consiled my presence and I hugged her from the back. She didn't respond,I think she knew it.

"Humihina ka na ba talaga kaya yakap nalang ang nagagawa mo?." She asked.

"No. I can beat you but I don't want to hurt you." I whispered.

She faced me and wrapped her arms around my neck. She's just looking straight to my eyes.

"Why? May dumi ba ako sa mukha?" Tanong ko

"Dumi wala,pero sugat oo." She giggled and give me a peck on my lips.

"Tara sa cabin gagamutin ko yan." She said and dragged me to the Cabin.

While Akemi is cleaning my wounds, I'm just staring at her. I wish we could stay like this forever and with our Daughter. I really love this woman and I don't want to lose her.

"I love you Akemi." Wala sa sarili kong sabi.

She smiled at me and gave me a kiss.

"I love you too Hideo." She said that made my heart flip in so much happiness.
