Even though I wasn't passed out, I allowed Ahmend to carry me back to my bedroom because why walk when someone can carry you?

Duh.

Inside the elevator, Ahmend yawned for the thousandth time as he grumbled: "Stupid Josh for calling at a stupid time when...stupid."

That's alot of stupid.

The elevator door dings.

"Hey," Ahmend says. "Oh her? She passed out, so I'm taking her back."

Ahmend shifted to the side.

"What happened?"

Oh fuck, it's Ricardo.

"They got a shit face on the balcony."

"They?"

"Madison. Hailey." He yawns, "You know. Yeah." Ahmend smacked his lips, "Yup. Got to call me while I'm sleeping."

Tempted by curiosity, I peek open my eyes to see Ricardo staring at me. Our eyes met and he lifted a brow. When the elevator bell dings, I quickly close my eyes.

Ahmend walked us down the hallway but stopped. He turned me around, "Why are you here?"

No response.

"Wait. Do you think I'm going to take advantage of her or something? Bro. I'm not into that kind of rapey shit." Let's not speak too soon. We're all young so, we never know what may happen in the future.

"I...just in case."

Ba-dump.

"If I do anything to Crystal she going to make sure I don't have children or worse a functional dick," he complained.

No response.

"Fine. Whatever. Come. But you're carrying her."

What?

This lazy fucker.

Ahmend hand me over to Ricardo.

Ah, fuck this.

Before I got into Ricardo's arm, I opened my eyes and slapped both of them away.

"You were awake this whole time?" Ahmend question.

I glared at him past my messy hair, "Yeah. And?"

Ahmend groaned, "Unbelievable. Not surprising. But fucking unbelievable." He made a weird body wiggle action and walked away.

I scoffed before I walked back to my room. When I opened the door, I noticed Ricardo was still behind me. "What?"

He didn't respond.

I rolled my eyes and walked inside the room. After a few clothes strips, I flop on the bed, only to be disturbed by an obnoxious loud snore. Josh drops off Hailey. Later, Taniyah arrives.

Quietly, I cried, "Why roomies? Why." I tried to block out the sound with a pillow but it didn't work. I think I understand Ricardo a bit.

Soon, I found myself in the lobby with the promise of never rooming with Taniyah or Hailey again. I run my hands up and down my tired eyes. I'm not too hungover, but the lack of sleep isn't helping.

I'm craving soup, or more specifically pho.

'Hey.'

I look up from my palm. The lights in the lobby were dimmed, and somehow dead. I spotted Josh sleeping beside the fire. When I got closer, I asked: "Why are you here?"

He opened his eyes, "I thought you passed out."

I sat down, "Quick sober." and two snorers.

"Ah," he nodded.
