A couple of weeks passed and a small bond between Felix and Changbin was present in the house, but the toddlers didn't notice much since Changbin was usually out when they were at school and Felix usually spent time with them. Most of the time, when Felix and Changbin spoke, was in the evening while Michi and Ryu were asleep because both of them were still having trouble sleeping.

Felix left the room after a few minutes of attempting to sleep but Ryu kept moving around. He rubbed his eyes as he got to the kitchen, surprised Changbin wasn't present but he pushed it aside as he went to make tea. He zoned out as he watched the kettle warm up slowly. He was snapped out of his thoughts when he felt a pair of arms wrap around his waist. He jumped at the sudden affection and looked to who it was, seeing it was Changbin which relaxed him a bit. "Hello," Felix said with a small chuckle. "Hi," Changbin muttered and Felix slowly hugged back.

"How was your day?" Felix asks as he glanced at the male who was being affectionate. "Horrible, I nearly killed someone," Changbin said and Felix tilted his head. "What did the person do?" Felix asks with a small chuckle. "Be an annoying piece of shit," Changbin answers and Felix gives a hum. "Don't kill anybody yet," Felix said and Changbin didn't say anything as he hugged Felix tighter. "What's with the sudden hug?" Felix asks as he slowly places his hand on the male's back and rubs it. "You've looked warm and you also seem tense all the time."

Felix's eyebrows slowly furrowed at his explanation "I look warm?" Felix asks and Changbin gives a hum, standing up more but keeping his arms around Felix's waist. "Mhm..." he said as he looked at the male. "You went to Sunshine high school, right?" Changbin asks as Felix slipped out from his arms to tend to the tea. "Yeah," Felix answered and glanced over to Changbin who leaned against the counter. "Mhm...you were Jeongin's partner in chemistry, right?" Changbin asks and Felix gives a nod, grabbing two mugs. "Yeah," Felix said, "why are you asking all these questions?"

Changbin gave a shrug as he watched Felix pour the tea. "Just wondering," He answered and took the mug. Felix hums in response as he blew onto the tea before taking a small sip. Felix was about to say something when a loud crack of lightning sounded. He glanced over to the window and saw it started to rain which also caught Changbin's attention who gave a sigh. "What?" Felix asks and Changbin walks over to the window. "It rains for a long time here and if there are lightning and thunder, it means training it either indoors who is canceled," Changbin answers as he closed the blinds before walking back over to the kitchen, Felix pausing what he was doing when he saw the semi-clouded eye color on Changbin's left eye.

"What happened to your eye?" Felix asks and Changbin pauses, tapping his face and he sighed. "I forgot you turned that light on," He muttered and Felix tilted his head at his words. "Is that a bad thing?" Felix asks and Changbin gives a shrug. "Not really, I just hate explaining...this," Changbin said and he motioned towards the clouded eye. "Why?" Felix asks as he walks closer to see it more clearly. "It's stupid I guess," Changbin said and Felix gave an eye roll. "I feel like my reasoning for half the shit I did was stupid, how stupid is yours?" Felix asked and Changbin raised a brow at the playful challenge. "Are we having a challenge on who had the most stupid reason?" He asks and Felix gives a shrug. "So?"

Changbin gave a chuckle and he was about to say something when a tiny voice sounded through the house. "Mommy?" The voice called and Felix looked over to who it was. "Ryu, what're you doing up?" Felix asks as he places the cup down and goes to the toddler who waddled closer to him. Felix picked him up and rested him on his hip. "Did the sound scare you?" Felix asks and looked over to Changbin who was leaning against the wall with his cup in his hand. Ryu nodded his head as he hides his face in Felix's neck.

Felix looked between the kitchen, where his tea was, and the living room where he wanted to sit down. He looked over to Changbin who was walking over with his cup. "We can sit and talk," Changbin said and motioned for Felix to sit down on the couch. Felix moved to sit on the couch and once he did, Changbin sat next to him and put a blanket over his lap after Ryu settled into Felix's lap. Changbin placed Felix's tea on the coffee table and leaned back. "So, how did your eye get cloudy?" Felix asks as he settled his back against the arm of the couch to look at Changbin as he calmed Ryu down. "I wore contacts and when I was putting on my left one, my eye started burning. I got it out but I went blind in this eye," Changbin explains and Felix's eyes widen. "What...was in it," Felix asks as he grabs his tea. "Acid, I think," Changbin answers with a deep sigh that made Felix frown. "Has anything happened?"

Changbin gave a shrug at his answer. "It stings every so often which makes me dizzy, but that hasn't happened in a while," Changbin said as he grabbed the remote to turn the TV on. Felix frowned as he rubbed Ryu's head, who was slowly falling back asleep, jumping every so often at the small rumble of thunder. "I'm sorry, guess most of my reasons now don't compare to your reason," Felix muttered and he heard a soft chuckle come from Changbin. "What reasons? All the cuts you have?"

Felix looked at him with a bit of shock. "How did you know about those...besides my ankle," Felix asks. "Oh, I just assumed it was your hand and ankle," Changbin said as he quickly looked at him for an explanation for the others. "My hand is from punching a wall, my ankle is from a laser when I was opening a door with my foot, my side...I don't even know," Felix said with a shrug, "it was probably when I was fighting a robot." Changbin blinked as he looked at the male who told the story like it was a normal thing. "I noticed a scar on your arm," Changbin said and Felix quickly looked at his arm. "Oh, that's when I was sneaking back into my house after sneaking out," Felix said with a small laugh.

Changbin looked at him with a small smile. "Weren't you a goody-goody in high school?" Changbin asks as he crosses his arms, completely forgetting about the TV that was turned on. "Maybe, I seemed like a goody-goody," Felix said and took a long sip of his tea, adjusting Ryu who was slipping, "I always skipped class though, at least one of them, I forgot which one." Changbin gave a soft chuckle at him. "I skipped almost all of my classes and I was still passing somehow," Changbin said and Felix gasped. "Me too," He said and they both laughed.

"Mommy, you loud," Ryu mumbles as he tries to cover his ears, but Felix holds his hands. "Mhm, sorry buddy," Felix said and gave him a gentle kiss on the head before looking at Changbin who was already looking at him. "You stare at me a lot, especially when I'm making your tea," Felix said as Changbin looked away to start looking for a show. "What can I say," Changbin said, "I like looking at pretty things."

Of course, Felix choked on his tea and spat it back into the cup at the subtle flirt he received from Changbin who was smirking.
