The morning came and Felix woke up with a sore back. He whined softly and opened his eyes, looking around and seeing he had fallen asleep on the couch. He looked down and saw Ryu was also asleep and he looked around again to see Changbin had also fallen asleep but it was the chair. He sat up and as he did so, he saw Michi running down the hall with a panicked face.
Michi ran over to the couch and crawled onto the object; quickly crawling over to Felix. "Okay, I can see that I'm not allowed to leave the room," Felix said as he felt the twins start suffocating him. "Boys, boys, stop," Felix said and looked around for something to throw at Changbin who was somehow still asleep. He grabbed a pillow and threw it at Changbin who opened an eye to look at him. "Help," Felix said and Changbin rubbed his eyes as he stood up, walking over and picking up one of the twins.
Felix placed Ryu on the couch who looked around confused. "What?" He said and Felix looked at Michi with a stern look who was looking at Changbin with admiration as the male placed him on the couch next to his brother. Changbin blinked at him before leaving the room to possibly get dressed for training.
"Michi," Felix said and the toddler slowly looked at Felix with a smile. "Don't do that." Michi's smile dropped and he gave a slow nod at how upset Felix looked. Felix nodded his head and removed the blanket, going to the kitchen quietly to make breakfast. Michi sniffled which caught Ryu's attention who slowly looked at him. "It was your fault, you almost killed mommy," Ryu said and Michi looked at him with an open mouth. "Be quiet! You're scared of thunderstorms," Michi argued back and Ryu gave a dramatic gasp. "Am not! I just wanted cuddles," Ryu defended and glared at Michi who glared back. "You meanie," Michi said and climbed down the couch by himself. "You started it," Ryu fought back and Michi turned around, stomping his foot. "Did not!"
"Yes, you did!"
"Did not!"
"Did too!"
"Did...woah!"
Ryu's mouth dropped as Changbin picked up Michi who stopped shouting. Changbin rested the toddler on his hip and gave him a more sterner look than Felix did. "Stop shouting at each other, it's too early," Changbin said and Michi gave a slow nod. Changbin sets him down before walking over to the kitchen to talk to Felix.
"Hey," Changbin said and Felix glanced at him. "Yes?" Felix asks and Changbin gives an eye roll at the attitude Felix had. He took off the eyepatch he had on and set it aside, walking closer to the male who glanced at him. "Don't give me that look that you gave to Michi," Felix said as he placed a hand on Changbin's chest who gave a chuckle. "Are you still salty about what I said to you last night?" Changbin asks and Felix fights down the blush that wanted to be present. "No," He answers and glared at Changbin who was in his personal space. "Mhm...sure."
Changbin backed away and looked over to the two toddlers who seemed to have made up and been talking about something. "Anyway, I have more training," Changbin said, which got Felix's attention. "Do you ever relax?" Felix asks. "Oh, so now the attitude is gone," Changbin said with a soft laugh which got an eye roll from Felix. "Yeah, yeah," He muttered and Changbin chuckled. "And no, I don't actually have training today," Changbin said and moved closer again to bother Felix more who glanced at him. "Chan wanted to talk to me so I had to do whatever the leader said," Changbin mocked and Felix gave a chuckle. "Do you not like him?"
Changbin gave a shrug in answer. "He can be annoying at times, but he's fine," Changbin said. "What would you have done?" Felix asks as he goes to grab plates but Changbin beats him to it. "Watch a show, read a book, do something to relax or attempt to," Changbin said and Felix hums. "Mkay, Jeongin should be here in 3 2 1."
As Felix finished the door swung open and a huff was sounded. "I hate the rain," Jeongin's voice carried and Changbin rested his head on Felix's shoulder, groaning softly at the voice. "How could you hate him," Felix said with a chuckle. "You don't know how annoying he is when he shows up here whenever I try to relax and get me outside to talk to people," Changbin muttered and looked at the food Felix was putting on a plate for himself and Changbin since Michi and Ryu started getting food at the so-called "school". "He was trying to get you to have friends, bitchass," Felix said and nudged him to take the plate of food. "Yeah, whatever," Changbin muttered under his breath.
"Good...oh hello amazing scene of Changbin being affectionate."
Felix grabbed Changbin's arm before the male could grab something to threaten the male with. Jeongin snickered and wiggled his brows at Felix who cocked a brow at him. "Anyway~," Jeongin said, "we're having the annual movie night, Binnie Binnie." Jeongin smiled brightly at the nickname he called Changbin and also at the reaction he got from him. "Okay, and? Do you think I'm going to go?" Changbin said as his morning was already ruined by Jeongin's comments. "Oh, come on," Jeongin whined, "you can bring Felix for your date!"
"Jeongin..."
"Changbin, come on, you can't stay-"
"Jeongin, I think I'm fine," Felix piped in. Jeongin stopped talking as he looked at Felix who was still holding onto Changbin's arm. "I still don't think I'm ready to talk to other people." Jeongin blinked as he looked at the male who was giving a small smile. Despite Felix being here for a week, he still didn't feel comfortable talking to people or being outside. He was used to moving frequently and basically being nomadic. He still wasn't used to sleeping in a single room with running water, electricity, supplied food, and comfortable clothes. He still had the typical thoughts of the robots were somewhere out there and could get to them, but he always had to remind himself that they were way far from town.
Jeongin finally spoke up. "Oh...okay," He said and gave a smile, "another time." He left the kitchen to help the twins get ready. Felix let go of Changbin's arm and started to eat his food while Changbin looked at him. "Are you sure? I would think you would've wanted to go," Changbin said and Felix gave a head shake. "I'm still uncomfortable being here," Felix said, "n-not because of you! I just...I've never stayed in a single place before, I was always on the move from helping find people to getting supplies." Changbin looked at him with a bit of guilt. "Dang, I thought you could adjust easily to things," He said and Felix shook his head. "That's Michi and Ryu, I'm forcing myself to look like I'm comfortable here to not worry them."
"You really care about them."
Felix shrugged his shoulders at Changbin's sentence. "I...guess," He said and quickly looked around to make sure the two weren't around. "I love them, but I lost my younger sister to...someone so I'm having a hard time being a brother or-"
"A mom?"
Felix rolled his eyes and punched Changbin's arm who was laughing at him. "Don't laugh," Felix groaned as he picked up his plate and started leaving the kitchen. "Oh come on! It's cute," Changbin shouted after Felix who waved his hand around. "Yeah, yeah, whatever."
