Sasuke didn't know what to do. The SWAT had surrounded them. The duo were in the middle of the circle.

"Mr. Uchiha, step away closely. We don't want to shoot you in case something goes wrong." Sasuke felt like saying something, but instead he just looked at Naruto, and Naruto looked back at him. With anger. He wanted to lunge at him, punch him, beat him up. He knew Sasuke was pretending to care about him the whole time, but why did it hurt so much? Naruto's heart ached with fury, confusion, and heart break. He'll admit it. He did fall for the raven. But the raven didn't fall for him. In the end, they were both trying to use each other. It didn't matter if one loved the other. They belonged to different societies, the blond a criminal and the Uchiha an ally of the government. They could never be together peacefully either ways.

"Sasuke you bitch. I trusted you-"

"You have the right to remain silent. Anything you say will be used against you in the court of law!" Naruto didn't want to shut up, and as he was about to start talking, he glanced at Sasuke and saw he was backing off, causing Naruto to laugh. Sasuke looked at him with a frown, but you could see hurt in his eyes. He didn't want to turn Naruto in, but he couldn't risk both of them being in trouble. He had to play smart.

As much as it hurt Sasuke, these were the words that came next:

"Mr. Uzumaki, turn around. We don't want to use any force on you."

Naruto scoffed. He was trying very hard not to show how heartbreaking this was for him.

"Sure, I'll do what you say Uchiha." Naruto turned around, and let the officers cuff him. Then they started taking him away. Sasuke was also trying very hard not to show his hurt. Once the blond was gone, a particular guy came up to him. It was Neji.

"Good evening Sasuke. I need to ask you some questions. Just government matters," the Hyuuga said. Sasuke was too grief-stricken to care.

"Fuck off." Sasuke walked out the room and went into his own, leaving Neji alone. He traced the Uchiha and was at his door. The brunette knocked on the door.

"I said to fuck off Neji. I'm not in the mood."

Neji sighed.

"Sasuke, all matters aside, I get this was heartbreaking for you. I saw how you and Uzumaki both were hurt, and not because he was being taken by the police, but because he was being taken away from you. I saw your connection, and how it broke as quick as a flash. But please don't let that affect you like this. It's not usual seeing you so... hopeless." Suddenly the door opened. Sasuke glared at the taller male.

"Well then, what would YOU do?" Sasuke spat.

"I would find a way to get him out."

Sasuke laughed.

"Get him out? He's a criminal for kami's sake! I will not bail out-"

"I never said to bail him out dumbass. I just said to find a way to get him out. I'm sure with your money and power you could file a good case and prove him innocent of something that will at least lower his sentence or something."

Sasuke stayed silent. Neji was right. God, why was he acting like this? He never acted like this! He was never hopeless, and never gave up easily, not without a fight. He would find a way to get Naruto out, legal or not.

"Neji.."

"Yes?"

"Thank you." Sasuke looked up at the Hyuuga, styling a small sad smile. "I understand what I have to do now." Neji smiled back.

"Glad I could help Uchiha. I'll give you some time alone." Neji walked away, and soon Sasuke heard his front door open and close.
