Amelia sat in her car at the hospital as she flipped through the textbook. Mostly she couldn't take her mind off of the man she met.

A part of her wanted to google him to make sure he wasn't an axe murderer or in the mafia but the other half didn't really care what he did for a living beyond owning a business.

Amelia grabbed her purse, her keys, her text book- business card and all and practically sprinted into work.

"Amy you good?" Derek asked as Amelia collided with him.

"Yeah. It's raining, I hate rain. I was trying to not get soaked." Amelia said readjusting her things in her arms as they began to fall.

"Okay. Be careful Amy." Derek chuckled as his pager began to go off.

Amelia walked to her office, throwing everything onto her couch before flopping into her chair and logging into her computer.

Curiosity got the better of her as she typed his name into google. Amelia's eyes skimmed from left to right as she read article after article.

Ranging from how he amassed such a wealth, to people wondering if he was gay to one that caught her eyes.

"Heartless. I've never seen him emotionally care for another human being." The article read causing Amelia's heart to race.

Did people truly find him that rude, what had he done for people and these journalists to write him in this way.

"Hey." Amelia sat down with her tray at the table.

"Hi." Arizona smiled as she sipped her soda.

"So question do any of you know about Atticus Lincoln?" Amelia asked the people at the table.

"Why. I mean everyone knows him." Alex shrugged trying to open a pack of ketchup.

"I met him at the bookstore, in the rain." Amelia said as she opened her pack of chips.

"That couldn't get more teenage fan fiction if it tried." Derek laughed as he sat down.

"Why do you want to know?" Alex asked.

"He gave me his card. Like he expects me to call him or." Amelia sighed as she slid the card onto the table.

"Oh my god." Arizona said as her mouth fell open.

"Holy shit." Alex followed.

"What?" Amelia asked, her eyes wide.

"Do you know who he is? Who you spoke to?" Derek asked when the card came in his view.

"No." Amelia said hesitantly.

"He's an investor and runs a company that owns a bunch of shit downtown. He is a billionaire." Alex said as he read the number on the card.

"Really?" Amelia asked leaning forward in her chair.

"Yeah but he's a total dick." Jo added.

"Why?" Amelia asked trying to keep herself together.

"Well one I've never seen him with a woman, but that's not the point. Everyone says he's like a heartless jerk. Never cared for another soul besides himself." Jo explained as she fixed her salad.

"Oh." Amelia said trying to understand what he had done to cause people to think this.

"But he gets laid all the time. Like woman will trip over each other to get in bed with the man. But supposedly by the next morning they left because he isn't worth dating." Alex intersected.

"Wow." Amelia said in genuine shock.

"Apparently he's coming here for a meeting. He wants to invest in some of our programs and departments. So we all have to make presentations to show to him to prove why our department deserves money." Arizona sighed dipping her carrot into ranch.

"Like google slides?" Amelia asked.

"No, you guys are wrong. His isn't coming here. He is reading our articles then sending Bailey a list of people he wants to speak to." Derek corrected Arizona.

Bailey and Richard could be seen walking towards the table Amelia and the other were sitting at.

"So our investor. The one who wants to meet with you. If I call your name you need to start getting a presentation together ASAP." Bailey said as she pulled the paper from her pocket and handed it to Webber.

"Oh and these are in order of who he wants to meet with urgently and who can wait. So to begin Dr. Amelia Shepherd, Dr. Tom Koracick, Dr. Meredith Grey, Dr. Jo Wilson, Dr. Alex Karev, Dr. April Kepner, Dr. Arizona Robbins, and last but not least Dr. Carina and Andrew DeLuca." Webber spoke assertively.

"Me?" Amelia asked gesturing to herself.

"Yes. Apparently he is eager to speak to you first, Dr. Shepherd." Richard smiled kindly.

Amelia felt the familiar heat flush over her body the more she thought about what she had heard, Atticus Lincoln wanted to speak to her- first.
