- Proper
- He was thought during the late Victorian era what do you expect?
- honestly he'd be the type to correct your English when you make a mistake, not because of the gender roles, mostly bc it's how he was taught

Speedwagon:
- He talked in the Victorian slang
- He never got a proper teaching so he learned it from the streets so him and Jonathan sometimes have a hard time understanding each other
- He called you bricky once's and you went "what." Bricky means like fearless and brave.
- He learned proper English just for his business lmao

Dio Brando:
- He understands the slum slang and proper English cause yea
- He was taught on the streets like Speedwagon but once he was adopted by Lord Joestar, he was taught proper English
- Sometimes he gets confused when he's speaking and he'll forget a proper word and just straight up talk in slang

Joseph:
- Eh he just speaks but it's more proper because of Erina
- Erina thought him and she beat him every time he tired to make a joke

Caesar:
- Basic English
- He was taught by Speedwagon and Lisa Lisa
- Like any other bilingual person, he'd forget a word and straight up say something in Italian.

Kars:
-Broken English but as he goes he learns more
- He learns really fast.

Jotaro:
- He knows how to speak it but he can't make really really complicated sentences, me too, buddy.
- It's a required class in Japan
- He likes saying bitch in English

Polnareff:
- He can speak in complete sentences
- Brother had to learn it as he traveled the world to get revenge on the man with two right hands.

Josuke & Okuyasu:
-They both can speak English to an extent.
- English classes

Kira:
- He can't speak English like at all
- It's been forever since his years in school

Giorno:
- Barely, he knows basic sentences that would get him around.
- He hung around around the airport where tourists would be

Mista:
-he knows pet names in English and that's it. Like babe and baby

Doppio/Diavolo:
- Nope, not at all

Jolyne:
- Yessir
- She went to school in Florida so yuh
- She cusses a lot

Hermes:
- Yes, it's her second language
- She also learned it in school
- She forgets words and just....says it in Spanish

Pucci:
- Proper English
- Mans grew up rich and he's a priest, he needs to know proper English.
- He can understand dio's Victorian English dialect

Johnny:
- Yesssiirrr cowboy man knows English
- He was taught by his stinky dad
- He unironically says yeehaw and y'all

Gyro:
- Proper but he still has an accent
- He was also taught by his dad
- He ironically says yeehaw to make fun of Johnny

Valentine:
-Proper
- He's the damn president he needs to learn English because America is stinky

Josuke:
- Basic English
- Boy knows English from Kira but that's it, since the majority of his family is Japanese If you ignore suzie q's Italian

Mamezuku:
- Well taught
- He's the plant appraiser, he needed to learn English if he was gonna be able to make business with fruit investors

Tooru:

- rock human no learn English

Jodio:
-his main language, his mom moved to America and didn't really bother teaching them Japanese

Dragona:
-Same as jodio, but he knows some Japanese as he's the eldest
