"No, don't take my son away from me!!" I cry out my son's name as someone takes him away. "Ace!!!! Please no don't take him, it's not his fault" I cry out so much that I cant breath anymore. I feel a heavy body on top of myself when I notice that I've been dreaming. I sit up quickly and see that my cutie pie Dom is laying on me. "Hey good morning baby" I say yawning. "Morning mommy" he says back, I kiss him on his cheeks and hold him tight. Thank god that was a dream, I don't want to lose my little prince.

We both got up and got ready for the day.

^ the outfit ^ We when both get ready. We go downstairs go get some food in our system. "So mommy what are you going to cook" my little prince asks. "What do you want me to cook my prince" I ask him, "Is mac and cheese a meal for breakfast?" I chuckle " No baby unfortunately, it's not" he loves mac and cheese. He looks at me emotionless and says "okay mommy then I want mac and cheese for lunch okay mommy, what about pancakes?" He says with excitement. "Of course muffin I'll make some pancakes." He gets up and jumps around and says yay. I look at him in awe, he is adorable. He's my world.
I look at my watch and it's time to leave the house. First I have to drop Dom to preschool, and then go to the hospital and start my shift. This is going to be a long day. Same old boring day. I help my muffin with his shoes and jacket. We get on the Audi and I help Dom with the seatbelt. We drive off to the preschool.
Once we are at the preschool I always make him repeat these things after me "I'm kind" "I'm kind" he repeats after me. "I am smart" "I am smawt " he repeats. "I am strong" " I am stwong" he repeats. "What else" I say "I am a good boy" "yess you are a good boy, I love you muffin, be nice to your buddies okay?" "Okay mommy I love you more" I kiss him good bye.
After Dom leaves I put on my favorite song 'I am' and sing out loud until I get to the hospital. I park my car in the staff parking lot. "I hope I won't have any crazy patients." I mumble to myself.
I walk in the hospital and I see my second favorite person which is my boyfriend. SIKE! My second favorite person is my bestie Jena. She is the best, she's been there for me when ever I needed her. "Hey girlfriend" I say as we link arms "hey boo" she says. She's single like me but she has a crush on our team leader and his name is Josh. "How'd you sleep" she asks me, she knows I have nightmares about my ex. "Not that good" I say as tears form in my eyes. "Awe baby did you dream about him again taking Dom away" she asks as she rubs my back. "Yes" I say as I quickly wipe of the tear that fill out of my eyes. I promised myself I won't cry about him anymore because he isn't worth my tears. Well my ex was a mafia leader and all he cared about was his stupid gang shit.
We walk in the staff locker room and I get ready to meet some of my patients.

"Hello I'm your doctor for the day I'll be checking up on you very frequently. If you feel any pain anywhere tell the nurse here okay?" I leave the patient with the nurse. And this is how my day is going to be.
— After a check up on all of my patients I check my hospital mobile and see that there is a meeting in the staff room which I have to be there. I walk fast to the third floor and join the meeting. "Sorry I'm late I was checking on a patient" I say. "It alright your not late" Josh says. Oh god the meeting was short but it felt like years just standing there playing with my hair was the best way I could distract myself. I looked up and saw Jane drooling over Josh as he talks, I shake my head and smirk at her. She continues to drooling over him. After a very long lecture the meeting ends.
— My shift is almost done when I got a call from the first floor that there is an injured man and I was the only available doctor. I run to the first floor to the main entrance and run up to the man that was injured. There is so many man standing around the injured man which I think is his bodyguards. Bodyguards are annoying especially in hospitals. I look at the man he has several cuts everywhere on his body and a few bullets on his arm. I tell out for a nurse and they run up to the patient. "Katelyn" a familiar voice calls my name I look up to the patient face and it's..... "Ace" no I can't be here! But I can't leave him like this! I can't do this I have to leave, he's going to take my son away from me. It's been four years. Four f****** years.
