kuga sat cross-crossed on his bed, glove in hand as he sewed the tears on the palm of the fabric. he perked up when someone knocked on his door

the door creaked open and kumiho's head popped in, ❝ got you some snacks~ ❞

he rolled his eyes at the cheeky grin on her face, ❝ not hungry ❞

❝ puh-leaseee you've been in your room for ages and you're saying 'not hungry'—don't lie to me kuga i can see you eyeing the snacks like a hungry predator ❞

he scoffed and nods his head to the side. her grin widened as she placed the snacks on his bed side before jumping on his bed, laying in a starfish position

❝ what are you doing? ❞, he asked, raising a brow

❝ keeping you company ❞

❝ i don't need company ❞

❝ fine—i want your company so deal with it ❞

❝ you're insufferable ❞, he mumbles

❝ i know ❞, she chirped, opening his bag of crisps. kuga raised a brow at her but didn't say a word

he continued sewing his glove, taking a bite of his crisps whenever kumiho hands it to him

they stayed silent. the only sound that could be heard was the needle going through the frabric

❝ shit! ❞, kuga hissed, managing to prick himself with the needle

kumiho reached out to grab his hand and looked at it, ❝ it's not that deep so you'll be fine—unless you need me to kiss your booboo? ❞

just then, loud sirens echoed the room and three medics appeared. the siren must've been loud since their rivals had also barged into the room

kumiho noticed the the female feline wasn't amongst them

kuga pinched the bridge of his nose, ❝ the hell are you doing here? get out ❞, he huffed, ears twitching from the loud commotion

no one acknowledged him and continued to fuss over the supposedly 'injured' tiger

❝ hi kumi! ❞, gai said, waving at her

seeing at the male wasn't that hurt, they all left him alone and lodged at the living room. kumiho stoked a conversation with pala, ignoring lonky's loud and obnoxious voice

apparently the group thought kuga was a 'secret weapon' to win the games but liu denied it immediately

❝ gai, kuga and kumiho, we request you to turn yourselves in the infirmary ❞, the announcer spoke through the speakers

kumiho softly groaned and walked ahead of the two boys, ❝ stupid check ups, useless if you ask me ❞, she mumbled to herself

popo had managed to discover kuga's hidden 'secret' along with the others. the secret was that the male was insecure about his soft pink paw

and not only that but his gloves seems to be missing

everyone decided to help out., as they all scattered around kuga's room while kumiho just watched, amused
